New Delhi, 15th February 2019: Indian bodybuilder Sangram Chougule shared tips on fitness in National Capital. He was present during the launch of Absolute Patshala, Club 4 Extreme Gym & Spa, an initiative by Absolute Nutrition at Shadara with an aim to promote HUM FIT TO INDIA FIT as well as to give training to those youngsters who wants to shape their career in the same field. The event was also attended by BJP Spokesperson Kuldeep Chahal and many more. Mr. Rajesh Chabra CEO Absolute welcomed all the guests.

Speaking on the occasion Sangram Chougule admired the initiative and said, “Regular workout makes us physically and mentally fit. In fixed daily routine many people are neglecting the most important asset of the life i.e. their own health.  Also I would like to share here that when youngster’s stars exercise they start skipping their meals and do maximum crunches, which is completely wrong because it results in enuresis and muscle loss. Because abs are made in the kitchen, you just have to control your calorie intake and give your body a balanced diet and a proper workout. “

भोजपुरी फिल्मों मेंस्पेशल टास्क फोर्स (एसटीएफ) के महिला विंग की भूमिका शायद ही आपने कभी देखा होगा लेकिन पहली बार एसटीएफ की एक महिला अधिकारी की भुमिका निभाते दिखेंगी अभिनेत्री चांदनी सिंह।  चांदनी सिंह एक फिल्म क्रेक फायटर में एक लेडी पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर की भुमिका में नजर आयेंगी। हालांकि इस बात की पुष्टी अबतक ना ही चांदनी सिंह ने किया है और ना ही फिल्म क्रेक फायटर की किसी टीम ने । ये बात उड़ी कहां से इसके बारे मेंपता चला कि चांदनी सिंह का एक फोटो तेजी से वायरल हुआ है जिसमें वह एसटीएफ की एक महिला अधिकारी के गेटअप में नजर आरही हैं। इस फिल्म में भोजपुरी सुपरस्टार पवन सिंह की मुख्य भुमिका है। इस फिल्म की शुटिंग इन दिनों रांची में चल रही है।

इस फिल्म में अपनी भुमिका को लेकर चांदनी सिंह अपना मूंह नहीं खोल रही है मगर क्रेक फाईटर के सेट से छनकर आरही खबरों पर यकीन करें तो चांदनी सिंह के हिस्से एक शानदार फिल्म आयी है और अभी तक किसी भी भोजपुरी नायिका ने किसी भी फिल्म में स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स की महिला अधिकारी की भुमिका नहीं निभायी है और ये पहली बार हुआ है जब इतनी शानदार भुमिका सिर्फ चांदनी सिंह के हिस्से में आयीहै। फिलहाल असलियत क्या है इसके लिये फिल्म के रिलीज का इंतजार करना ही बेहतर है। इस फिल्म को निर्देशित कर रहे हैं सुजीत सिंह।
