Anuradha Deepak Karwa, a well-known educator and social contributor from Barshi, has been passionate about dance and drama since childhood. At the young age of 10, she began teaching dance and skits to school children free of cost for annual functions.

She holds degrees in B. Ecommerce and D.T.L., along with a certification in Handwriting Analysis (Graphology). During her college days, she achieved a Gold Medal and the Chairman’s Award at the All India National Level Competition in drama and Indian dance (Jogwa).

With a vision to nurture children’s talents, she founded Smiley Kids Club, Barshi in April 2014. During the lockdown (2019-21), she joined the Geeta Parivar and memorized all 18 chapters of the Bhagavad Gita, securing the first rank in the Geetavrati and Sringeri Matha examinations, along with a certificate and a cash award of ₹21,000. She also completed a Diploma and Master’s degree in Sanskrit during this period.

Her remarkable contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the National Artisan Award by Rotary Club of Barshi, the Rising Star Award from Shraddha Institute, the Ganit Guru Ratna Award by Skill Education, and the prestigious Bharatiya Gaurav Award. She also established the first Vedic Mathematics branch in Barshi.

Currently, she teaches children Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita, Stotras, Shlokas, Abacus, Vedic Mathematics, Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Lathikathi, Gandhari Vidya, Phoenix, and even school syllabus subjects — combining academics with cultural and value-based learning.

Smiley Kids Club, Barshi today stands as a unique platform, bringing all forms of learning and art under one roof for children’s holistic development.

Prof. Sunil Kumar Saxena: A Journey Through Nature’s Inner Mysteries

Nature is boundless in structure and infinite in form, and every artist strives often in vain to grasp its ever-shifting essence. Yet, it is within this very impossibility that art finds its poetry. Born in 1956, Professor Sunil Kumar Saxena has devoted nearly four decades to exploring this challenge. Educated in Kanpur, he has participated in seven solo exhibitions, seven international exhibitions, and over a hundred group shows and art camps across India and abroad.

This show was inaugurated on 9th September 2025 by Chief Guests – Rajendra Patil(President, Bombay Art Society, Founder – India Art Festival, Guest of Honours Prof. Surendr Jagtap(Eminent Artist, Principal – J.K. For Prof. Saxena, landscape Paintings is not just a genre—it is a profound calling. He finds himself drawn not to the human presence within nature, but to nature’s enigmatic soul itself. His artworks dive deep into structural secrets and the layered beauty of terrain—mountains, rivers, and skies—which might appear familiar, yet, under his gaze, unveil hidden dimensions and emotional undercurrents.

In his visual world, blurred horizons, veiled mountain ranges, and mirrored reflections in water craft a dreamlike ambiance—one that compels viewers to look beyond the surface. His painterly language reflects a sophisticated understanding of space, light, and form. He does not merely depict nature; he interprets it, revealing layers of meaning that transcend visual representation and challenge the very boundaries of artistic expression. His abstract works transform natural elements into symbolic reflections of life. Mountains represent stability and strength; rivers suggest movement and continuity; clouds speak of life’s uncertainty; and the sky becomes a metaphor for freedom and spiritual longing. Through these expressive compositions, Saxena’s art functions as a metaphorical mirror of human existence. Nature, with its rhythmic cycles and inner divinity, profoundly influences human life. मुम्बई. आरके एचआईवी एवं एड्स रिसर्च एवं केयर सेंटर के अध्यक्ष डॉ धर्मेंद्र कुमार ने इस साल 7 सितंबर को अपना जन्मदिन अनोखे तरीके से मनाया. उन्होने अपना बर्थडे मुम्बई के जुहू बीच पर सिलेब्रिट किया. साथ ही उन्होंने अपनी टीम के साथ समुन्दर किनारे की साफ सफाई भी की. विसर्जन के बाद पर्यावरण की देखभाल के लिए उन्होंने य़ह कदम उठाया. एक्टर अक्षय कुमार और महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस की पत्नी अमृता फडणवीस भी इस सफाई अभियान मे शामिल थीं. बीएमसी और मुंबई पुलिस के सहयोग से यह सफाई मुहिम शुरू की गई है. डॉ धर्मेंद्र कुमार ने जुहू बीच पर मेडिकल कैंप भी लगाया जहां लोगों की मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य जांच हुई और फ्री मे दवाएं भी वितरित की गई.

डॉ धर्मेंद्र कुमार देश को टीबी मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में भी काम कर रहे हैं. उन के नेतृत्व में समस्त भारत मे शिविर कराए जा रहे हैं. आर के एचआइवी एड्स रिसर्च एंड केयर सेंटर सबसे ज्यादा मेडिकल कैम्प लगवाने के लिए जाना जाता है। इस संस्था के द्वारा अब तक करोड़ों लोग लाभान्वित हो चुके हैं। आर के एचआइवी एड्स रिसर्च एंड केयर सेंटर के द्वारा गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और बिहार में चिकित्सा शिविर, स्वास्थ्य जांच और दवा वितरण की गई।

आरके एचआईवी एवं एड्स रिसर्च एवं केयर सेंटर की स्थापना 2004 में हुई थी जो एचआईवी/एड्स जागरूकता, रोकथाम, उपचार, टीबी नियंत्रण, कैंसर जांच और मोबाइल चिकित्सा में शामिल है। आज तक, संस्था ने पूरे भारत में 27,000 से अधिक चिकित्सा शिविर आयोजित किए हैं और अपने मोबाइल मेडिकल वैन नेटवर्क के माध्यम से वंचित क्षेत्रों में लाखों लोगों को देखभाल प्रदान की है। पिछले दो दशकों में, संस्था के मिशन ने लाखों लोगों के जीवन को प्रभावित किया है।

ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य सेवा तक पहुँच बढ़ाने के लिए कई राज्य सरकारों के साथ सहयोग किए गए.
