Recently we got to know about that this show is also going to happen in Australia by the name – Lakme Australia Fashion Show. When our team contacted organiser, lady  who is organizing Lakme Australia Fashion Show , we come to know that it is a biggest fraud that this lady is doing in Australia. She is approaching new designers, models and makeup artists by saying that the directors of Lakme Fashion Week will come to Australia to be the part of this show. She is  targeting the boutique owners to showcase their collection in the show charging $ 10,000 which is more then Milan Fashion Week fee. She is also charging the makeup artists and models a big amount of money to be the part of this show as a registration fee which is not authentic as it is always cleared that models have been payed by the designers/Organisers Instead of paying to the organisers to take part in the show.. She is also claming that she has bought five years right  from Lakme team to use the name which is not true as Lakme team clearly said they have not waived any rights in favour of any person. They will take appropriate action in case of any trespass of der intellectual property.

She Promised and promoted the event last year saying Malaika Arora will be coming but she Didn’t Come.  But according to the news of NDTV Malaika canceled her tickets Because Of Non Payment also our source says she also come to know about this fraud Show .When people got to know about her cancelation they asked for their money back she is not even doing the same. She is just using the big names like Lakme brand Which is Associated With Reliance and Malaika Arora for making money. When someone once commented on social media how the show is connected with Lakme Fashion Week one of her associate replied that it has no connection with Lakme Fashion Week and later the comment was deleted. She is also Fooling people by saying Lakme Fashion Week People doesn’t use Lakme products and we are also doing the same just using the name of Lakme.

When people come to know about this fraud they started reaching to the Lakme Fashion Week members but there is no response from the original Lakme Fashion Week members. They are also sending the screenshots of their conversation but still they are getting no response. Now people of Australia really concerned about and confused that whatever this lady is doing is really legal or not ? As she is using the big names such as Lakme and Reliance still there is no action from the legal team. And because of this the people are loosing trust and the authentication of the show is lost.

The lady has also done this show Sydney last year and this year she is doing in Melbourne and according to sources we are also hearing that this Lakme Fashion show is going to happen in Singapore ,  Dubai  and Canada. If no action would be taken aggressively regarding this the Organiser will keep fooling people which is not good for the brand – Lakme Fashion! Mr. Srinivasan Narayanan Joins Sg. SAIFF As The Festival Director...

Mr. Srinivasan Narayanan, former Festival Director of the Mumbai Film Festival (MAMI – Mumbai Academy of the Moving Image) has joined Singapore South Asian International Film Festival (Sg.SAIFF) as their Festival Director. The third edition of Sg.SAIFF will be held from 30th August to 7th September this year at various venues in Singapore.

In a career spanning about four decades, Mr. Narayanan has worked with every aspect of international film festivals and business of film: as festival programmer-director, international film distributor, journalist, producer and administrator.

Mr. Narayanan is known in industry for his work at International Film Festival of India (IFFI) where he served as the Deputy Director (Programming) and the film festival organized by MAMI in Mumbai where he served as the Festival Director from 2008 till 2014.

“We are happy to have him on board for Sg.SAIFF. With his experience, he will guide the team and bring value to the Film Festival that is known as an important platform for cinema in South Asia.” Said Mr. Abhayanand Singh, Chairman, Sg.SAIFF.

Producer Chanda Patel is gearing up for Bollywood debut through I’m Not Porn Star: Nazar Sambhal Ke. Allaying fears about the Indian film industry’s future, filmmaker Chanda Patel avers Bollywood is here to stay and the change is the transition of viewers who are now consuming content online.

“Audiences don’t die. They shift. People are consuming content on the net. Bollywood is not going anywhere, but personally I believe piracy should go. With digital coming in, there is a certain amount of realignment that is happening,” said Chanda Patel.

She was asked to comment on the future of Bollywood in the age of digital media.

Quizzed on her career and her experiences as a woman in the industry, Chanda said: “We should never believe it’s a man’s world. The moment you think about that, you put yourself back.”

New Delhi 24th March 2019: On the occasion of Shaheed Bhagat Singh ji’s Shaheedi Diwas, I Am Still Human in association with Virgo Laminates and Jammu Kashmir Study Center has organized a blood donation camp for and with Indian Army at India Gate, New Delhi. A Pathology Team of Indian Army was present at the venue in Uniform and taken blood from the donors and the collected blood which will be used by the Indian Armed Forces only.

Besides, there was a Bike Rally of 1000+ bikers moving together in a formation of 2 towards India Gate, New Delhi, from South Extension Part II.

Gita Championship League Goes Worldwide Cutting Across Religious And National Boundaries...

Mumbai – 23^rd March 2019 – In one of the most spectacular exhibitions of socio-cultural harmony, the annual Gita Championship League Award ceremony was organised by ISKCON, Girgaon Chowpatty at Patidar Samaj Hall, last evening. Taking inspiration from the contest here in India, it also started in many other countries abroad like Malaysia, Mauritius, Middle East etc., where 2000 to 3000 students participate in such contest.

Gita Champions League contest (GCL) 2019 witnessed 6050 students participating from 78 schools from various parts of Mumbai. It was also kicked off in various parts of India including Goa, Belgaum, Nasik Gujarat and Indore.

On the occasion, Radhanath Swami Maharaj, ISKCON Spiritual Guru said, “Gita is not just a book, but it is a 5000-year old deep transcendental knowledge, which is relevant even today. Having withstood centuries and been a life-coach to many great personalities including Mahatma Gandhi, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Mahatma Phule Bhagwat Gita’s essence is probably the most relevant in today’s context where children have no patience, are living in a world of instant results, developing serious problems like depression and increased incidents of suicides etc. Early age learnings from Bhagwatam can make a profound impact on children as they grow and help them deal with complex problems of life.”

As of today, more than 1,35,000 registrations from over 1400 schools of various cities in India have happened. GCL was participated by children across schools, age-groups, communities and religions from all over Mumbai (South Mumbai, Mira Road, Bhayander, Dahisar, Malad, Borivali, Powai, Chembur, Bhandup, Mulund, Dombivli, Kalyan, Amabernath, Badlapur and Wangani etc.

H.G. Shyamanand Prabhu, President ISKCON Girgaon Chowpatty along with Baldev Prabhu and Mukundmala Prabhu gave away the prizes to the student winners. In his speech addressing the gathering of students, their parents & faculties, Shyamanand Prabhu highlighted the necessity of educating our inner self with spiritual wisdom.

School students from 5th to 10th standard are eligible to participate in this competition, where they showcase their practical knowledge and understanding of Bhagwat Geeta, the epic life-coach scripture.

GCL was started in the year 2010 and since then it is continuing every year and thousands of students from hundreds of schools have participated every year.

The president of India Fine Arts Council Mr. Haresh Mehta and Vice President Mr. Rajesh Shrivastav Sandip Soparrkar as a new chairman of India Fine Arts Council. IFAC presented a 3D mini replica doll especially crafted and designed by Chennai based company My Cute Mini headed by Mr Sri Hari to their newly appointed chairman Sandip Soparrkar during the press Conference in Mumbai. Apart from that a bronze hand cast of Mr Soparrkar was also presented to him by IFAC deigned by Mr and Mrs Ronak Jain of Memorobilia.

For over one and a half decade now Sandip Soparrkar has been working to promote young and upcoming artists as well as other established ones and is also instrumental in bringing the classic Latin and Ballroom dances and other world dances to Indian shores. Renowned artist Nilesh Auti made an exquisite live painting, MASK a band of young musicians sang and enthralled the audience, singer Fazal Abbas Jafri and Tabla player Dhaiwat Mehta performed a soulful Hindustani classical piece and the maestro Sandip Soparrkar himself danced with students of Nalanda Nrityalaya Mahavidhyala, Bharucha school of Ballet and Myriad Arts presenting a dance performance with all dance forms woven into one.

Sandip was one of the first few choreographers who brought in international dances on the big screen and also introduced Ballroom and Latin Dance culture to dance lovers in India apart from making it famous on Indian television reality shows. Soparrkar’s distinctive style of choreography can be seen from the very beginning of his career back in 2001. Some of his most notable work of includes choreography for films like Zubaidaa, Kites and Saat Khoon Maaf, Mangal Pandey, etc. Plus he has taken India globally by teaching dance to International icons like Madonna, Britney Spears and Beyonce Knowles and at the the same time talking about dance at various international film festivals all over the Globe. Dance Maestro Varsha Naik And Sandip Soparrkar Leads Valentine’s Day Celebration In Edison N.J...

Some 250 people joined in celebrating Valentine’s Day through dance Feb. 16, at Akbar Banquet Hall in Edison, N.J. Organized by Varsha Naik, director of Navrang Dance, the highlight of the event was well-known dancer Sandip Soparrkar, the special guest and master ballroom dance instructor. A press release from Naik says this was the second year of the event, themed “Valentine Magical Night” and attendees included couples, kids and families.

Starting with an open mike Karaoke where talented guests, couples and local artists sang and enjoyed their favorite romantic movie songs and melodies, the event featured a choreographed by Naik and Soparrkar.

Miss India Worldwide Shree Saini , Mrs. India USA Kavita Melhotra Pattani, and winner of Mr. Bharat Pradeep Gupta were among the special guests for the evening.

Soparrkar took over the dance floor to guide and teach the couples some ballroom moves.  “Every step, every move has a meaning and when you look into your partners eyes and match their steps it feels magical and romantic”, Soparrkar is quoted saying in the press release.

The kids also enjoyed a special fashion show where “Junior Valentine Prince and Princess” were crowned. Many more prizes, raffles and give-aways also took place during the evening, the press release said.

Perfect Time Pictures present first look of upcoming film “Coat” starring Sanjay Mishra and Vivaan Shah, which is slated to hit theaters in 2019. The film in contention is titled COAT, is directed by Akshay Singh and Produced by Kumar Abhishek and it stars stalwart actors like Sanjay Mishra. Actor Vivaan Shah is to play the lead role of a low caste Pig farmer in the film. The Bihar based story will again be an arrow pointed towards the caste problem that exists in the Rural India.
