Noida, Film City: AAFT, in association with Marwah Studios, organised the first session of a Mental Health Workshop conducted by renowned counsellor and wellness expert Aruna Babbar. The workshop proved to be highly engaging, interactive, and insightful, with enthusiastic participation from students across various disciplines.

Addressing the gathering, Aruna Babbar emphasised the importance of mental health, emotional well-being, and self-care in today’s fast-paced world. Through interactive discussions, practical examples, and thought-provoking exercises, she encouraged students to openly share their experiences, manage stress effectively, and build emotional resilience.

मनोरंजन जगत की चकाचौंध से दूर, फिल्म निर्माता और समाजसेवी दीपक सारस्वत ने समाज सेवा के क्षेत्र में एक ऐसी लकीर खींच दी है, जो लाखों युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बन गई है। दीपक सारस्वत केवल फिल्मों के निर्माता ही नहीं हैं, बल्कि वे उन ‘उम्मीदों के निर्माता’ भी हैं जो समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर खड़े व्यक्ति को बेहतर जीवन का सपना दिखाते हैं।

​7 साल, एक संकल्प और अटूट सेवा भाव

*  2021 – भीषण ठंड के बीच 500 बेसहारा लोगों को कपड़े और कंबल वितरित कर राहत पहुंचाई।

*  2022 – एड्स पीड़ित मासूम बच्चों को अपनी बहन मानकर उनकी सेवा की और समाज को संवेदनशीलता का संदेश दिया।

*  2023 – जन्मदिन को ‘जन्म सप्ताह’ के रूप में मनाया और 7 दिनों के भीतर जरूरतमंदों को ₹1 लाख की आर्थिक मदद दी।

*  2024 – पूरा सप्ताह सड़क किनारे रहने वाले लोगों के बीच बिताया, उन्हें मिठाई, कपड़े और कंबल वितरित किए।

*  2025 – इस वर्ष गाजियाबाद स्थित वृद्धाश्रम में बुजुर्गों की सेवा, उनके साथ समय बिताकर और बड़े स्तर पर अनुदान देकर अपना जन्मदिन समर्पित किया।
