Geetkar Abhilash (the lyricist of the famous film song ‘Itni Shakti Hamey Dena Daata…Mann Ka Vishwas Kamzor Ho Na…’ from Film ‘Ankush’) is on his way to achieve a higher cinematic goal by writing and producing an English/Hindi International Feature Film. Promotion Of Film Antervyathaa Continues Lavish Press Conference Held In Mumbai...

After winning many awards in many film festivals, now the film ”Antervyathaa” is being released in theaters on 3rd January 2020. The promotion of the film is running loudly. A big press conference for this film was held recently in Mumbai, where singer composer Tochi Raina, Hemant Pandey, Kuldeep Sareen, Gulshan Pandey, director Keshav Arya, producer Dinesh Ahir and co-producer Akshay Yadav were present.

So far, it has received 8 awards in 14 film festivals, including Best Debut Film Maker, Best Director, Best Actor.

Keshav Arya has been in the film industry for almost 10 years. He is very excited about the release of this film. Keshav while talking to the media here said that from the very beginning, I have got full support of the actors. Releasing the film today is a big challenge in itself. But producers Dinesh Ahir, Bharat Kavad, Deepak Vashisht and co Producer Akshay Yadav made the challenge easy. With their support, the film is going to be released in the cinemas of All India.

Talking to the media here, Hemant Pandey said that the theme of this film is different, completely different from all my films. I am playing the character of a policeman, there are interesting scenes in it.

Gulshan Pandey said that the misfortune of the industry is that piracy happens here, so I will appeal to the audience that you go to the theater. Today it is difficult to produce and release low budget films because of the corporate system. There is an appeal to the audience that you must go and watch this film in the cinema house.

Kuldeep Sareen says that it is a movie of efforts. Everyone has worked very hard for this movie. You can watch this movie in the theater and I can tell you that you will connect to its story.

Kabira fame Tochi Raina has given beautiful music in this film. Keshav Arya said that I would like to thank Tochi ji that he has given music without any money.

At the same time, Tochi told here that I left home at the age of 12, my Guru Ji was bade Ghulam Ali Khan. Even today, I wake up at three in the morning for riyaaz. Music is worship for me. Today’s songs come and go, it is a matter of concern.

Hemant Pandey, Kuldeep Sareen, Gulshan Pandey, Veena Chaudhary and Keshav Arya have performed amazing roles in the film. Describing the one-liner of the film ”Antervyathaa” made under the banner of Susheela Media Tech Private Limited and New Prech Resound Enterprises Keshav Arya said that ‘Every human has an intuition, the film is based on this one liner. We often lie in our childhood, but it remains in our mind that we have lied and the person keeps on realizing the mistake of telling that lie. A person can hide his mistakes from other people, but he cannot hide it from himself.

The director and actor of the film, Keshav Arya, has made the film ”Antervyathaa” with great effort and dedication. I had many difficulties to make it, but it is finally releasing in the movie theater.

फिल्म ‘अंतर्व्यथा’ का प्रोमोशन जोर शोर से जारी, मुंबई में बड़ी प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस का आयोजन

कई फिल्म फेस्टिवल्स में कई अवॉर्ड जीतने के बाद अब फिल्म ‘अंतर्व्यथा’ 3 जनवरी 2020 को थियेटर में रिलीज हो रही है. फिल्म का प्रोमोशन जोर शोर से चल रहा है। आज इस फिल्म के लिए मुंबई में एक बड़ी प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस का आयोजन किया गया, जहां पे सिंगर संगीतकार तोची रैना, हेमंत पांडे, कुलदीप सरीन, गुलशन पांडे, निर्देशक केशव आर्या, निर्माता दिनेश अहीर और सह निर्माता अक्षय यादव उपस्थित थे।

अब तक 14 फिल्म फेस्टिवल्स में इसे ८ अवार्ड्स मिल चुके हैं जिसमे बेस्ट डेब्यू फिल्म मेकर, बेस्ट डायरेक्टर, बेस्ट एक्टर के अवार्ड शामिल हैं.

केशव आर्य लगभग 10 वर्षो से फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री में है। वह इस फिल्म की रिलीज को लेकर बेहद उत्साहित हैं. केशव ने यहां मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि शुरू से ही मुझे एक्टर्स का पूरा सपोर्ट मिला है। फिल्म रिलीज़ करना आज अपने आप में बड़ा चैलेंज है। लेकिन प्रोड्यूसर दिनेश अहीर, भरत कवाड़, दीपक वशिष्ठ और को प्रोड्यूसर अक्षय यादव ने इस चैलेंज को आसान बना दिया। इनकी मेहनत से फ़िल्म आल इंडिया के सिनेमा घरों में रिलीज़ होने जा रही है ।

हेमंत पांडे ने यहां मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि इस फ़िल्म का विषय अलग है, मेरी तमाम फिल्मों से एकदम अलग है। हम पुलिस वाले हैं, इसमें रोचक सीन हैं।

गुलशन पांडेय ने कहा कि इंडस्ट्री का दुर्भाग्य है कि यहां पायरेसी होती है, इसलिए मैं दर्शकों से अपील करूंगा कि आप थियेटर में जाएं।  कॉर्पोरेट सिस्टम की वजह से आज छोटी फिल्मों का बनना और रिलीज़ होना मुश्किल है। दर्शकों से अपील है कि आप यह फिल्म सिनेमा घर मे जाकर  जरूर देखें ।

कुलदीप सरीन इस मूवी को लेकर कहते है कि ये प्रयासों की मूवी है ।  सभी ने इस मूवी के लिए बोहोत मेहनत की है । आप इस मूवी को थिएटर में जाकर देखिये ओर में दावे से कह सकता हूँ कि इसकी कहानी आपको अपने से मिलती जुलती लगेगी ।

इस फ़िल्म में कबीरा फेम तोची रैना ने  खुबसूरत संगीत दिया है. केशव आर्या ने कहा कि मै तोची जी का धनव्याद कहना चाहूंगा कि उन्होंने बिना किसी पैसे के म्यूज़िक दिया है।

वहीं तोची ने यहां बताया कि मैंने 12 साल की उम्र में घर छोड़ दिया था, बड़े गुलाम अली खान मेरे उस्ताद रहे हैं। आज भी मै सुबह तीन बजे उठकर रियाज़ करता हूं। मेरे लिए म्यूज़िक इबादत है। आजकल के गाने आते है और जाते हैं यह चिंता का विषय है। आज का साउंड आपको बेचैन कर देता हैं।

फिल्म में हेमंत पाण्डेय, कुलदीप सरीन, गुलशन पाण्डेय , वीना चौधरी और केशव आर्या ने गज़ब की  अदाकारी की है।  सुशीला मीडिया टेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के बैनर तले बनाई गई फिल्म ‘अंतर्व्यथा’ की वन लाइनर बताते हुए केशव आर्या ने कहा कि ‘ हर इंसान की एक अंतर्व्यथा होती है फिल्म इसी वन लाइनर पर बेस्ड है. हम बचपन में अक्सर झूठ बोल देते हैं, लेकिन मन में यह लगा रहता है कि हमने झूठ बोला है और सारी उम्र इंसान उस झूठ बोलने की गलती को महसूस करता रहता है. अपनी गलतियों को तो इन्सान दुसरे लोगों से छुपा सकता है, लेकिन वह उसे अपने आप से नहीं छुपा पाता. इन्सान को अपनी उस गलती के नतीजे में पैदा हुए अंदरूनी वेदना को झेलना ही पड़ता है। उसे अपने आप से जद्दोजहद करनी ही पड़ती है। यह मूवी यही दर्शाती है.”

फिल्म के निर्देशक और एक्टर केशव आर्य ने बड़ी मेहनत, लगन और शिद्दत से फिल्म ‘अंतर्व्यथा’ बनाई है. इसे बनाने में मुझे कई मुश्किलें आईं, मगर आखिरकार फिल्म थिएटर में रिलीज़ हो रही है।”

फिल्मों में फाइनेंस देने के नाम से ठगने वाला गिरफ्तार, निर्देशक के साथ की मारपीट  पीड़ित निर्देशक अरहान अख्तर खान

फर्जी फ़िल्म फाइनेंसर को फ़िल्म डिरेक्टर के साथ मारपीट करने के मामले में मुंबई के अंबोली पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया। आरोपियों ने फिल्म में फाइनेंस देने के नाम पर 5 लाख रुपये कमीशन के तौर पर लिया था लेकिन कई महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी जब आरोपियों ने फाइनेंस नही करवाया तो डायरेक्टर ने पैसा वापस मांगने के लिए सिटी मॉल के पास पाया तभी आरोपियों ने उसके साथ मारपीट किया। जिससे डायरेक्टर के सर पर गम्भीर चोट लगी। पुलिस ने एक आरोपी जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी

आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर दूसरे की तलाश में जुट गई। जानकारी के अनुसार डायरेक्टर अरहान अख्तर खान ने  एक कमल नाम के हिंदी फिल्म प्रोड्यूसर सिकंदर मिर्ज़ा के साथ बनाने वाले थे जिसमें 5 करोड़ की फाइनेंस चाहिए था।

अरहान ने 5 करोड़ फाइनांस के लिए जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी नामक व्यक्ति से संपर्क किया। अरहान को जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी ने बताया था की वो सलमान खान से लेकर बहुत बड़े बड़े फ़िल्म सितारों की फिल्मों में फाइनांस करा चुके हैं। जून 2019 में डिरेक्टर अरहान ने जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी से संपर्क किया और 5 करोड़ फाइनांस दिलाने की बात किया।

जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी ने फाइनांस करवाने की बात कही और एक परसेंट कमीशन पहले मांगा यानी 5 लाख। अरहान ने अपने प्रोड्यूसर सिकंदर मिर्ज़ा को यह जानकारी दिया। सिकंदर ने अरहान को अपने जिम्मेदारी से यह डील करने कहा। उसके बाद जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी और सिकंदर ने लिखित पेपर बनाकर 4 लाख कैश और एक लाख रुपए का चेक दिया। दो महीने के बाद भी जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी ने फाइनांस नही कराया। उसके बाद लगातार अरहान ने सिद्दीकी को कॉल करते रहे, पहले तो टाल मटोल किया उसके बाद फ़ोन उठाना ही बंद कर दिया। 21 दिसंबर को जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी के दूसरा फ़ोन नंबर पर जब अरहान कॉल किया तो उसे  ब्लू केटरर्स रेस्टुरेंट सिटी मॉल के पास रूपए लेने के लिए बुलाया। जब अरहान होटल में गए तो पहले से ही मौजूद जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी और उसके साथी सुल्तान अहमद ने उनके साथ गाली गलौज करने लगे और पीटने लगे। जिससे अरहान बुरी तरह से घायल हो गए। अरहान को स्थानीय हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया गया था। अंबोली पुलिस जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी और सुल्तान पर मारामारी, धमकी और गाली गलौज करने का मामला दर्ज कर जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया और सुल्तान की तलाश जारी है।

Dr Divya Saraiya, who is a Child Psychiatrist, Neuroscience specialist & Social activist, also winner of APJ Kalam Award for Professional Excellence & International Award for Neuroscience specialist in 2019, organised this colourful, with lots of inspiration for youngsters, along with Vishal Saraiya, a Civil engineer and interior designer.Several student’s were awarded here by many distinguished guests, also all students stole heart’s of everyone present there.

The prestigious Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars, honors the best talent in films fraternity across the globe. Indian film Director Manish Vatssalya’s film “Scotland” has found a place in the Oscar contenders for 2020 in the best feature film category. Scotland is in the race as one of the Oscar contenders in most prestigious best Feature film category with other Hollywood biggies. The film is already won 62 International awards and still the counting is on.

Manish Vatssalya’s Scotland is a crime thriller. Based on some very real incidents happening in Country where girls are being raped and murdered mercilessly. This film is vigilante and it tries to search for a solution what happens if it cursed on a common family. In this film a father of rape victim takes law and orders in his hand to justice.

There is a reason everyone calls Biswajeet Chatterjee a legend. While his charisma remains matchless, he needs no introduction. The man is an institution in himself, inspiring people around him.
With his charm, talent & phenomenal acting skills, legendary Biswajeet Chatterjee was one of the reigning stars of Bollywood.
But it’s only in his second innings really – that he wishes to play “characters” that will explore 7the other side of his acting credential.
On the occasion of his birthday Biswajeet Chatterjee spoke about his journey & his glorious come back to the movies. In his speech, he mentioned that meaty parts that he would’ve never have had as the leading man are coming his way now, and the actor is biting into them with all the hunger of a true artiste.
He is still capable of giving back to back super performances, giving all the newcomers a run for their money.

     
The evening paid a tribute to popularly known as Bemisaal ‘Biswajeet” by playing some of their most memorable songs. He likes to sing on stage today are some of  his greatest hits like “Pukarta Chala Hoon Main” (from Mere Sanam), “Yeh Nayan Dare Dare” Kohraa), “Bequarar Karke Hamen” (Bees Saal Baad) and “Oh My Love, Nazar Na Lag Jaye” (Night in London) “If I had to sing only the hits from my films, we would need two or three back to-back concerts” he said with a chuckle.
Interestingly, the actor admits he’s never had any formal training in music. But, after he made it big in Bollywood, he was often invited to go on concerts with established singers “I’ve toured all over the world,” Biswajeet informs with understandable pride. “I’ve performed with Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhonsle,Ghulam Ali and many others.  In the ’70s, when these tours were organised abroad stars like Shammi Kapoor would also join in, but they would get on stage to just say a few words, perhaps introduce a song. Only Biswajeet would actually sing.”  He was so good that during one concert in Singapore Shashi Kapoor, who, was in the audience, was in the audience, turned to his wife Ira and asked in surprise: “Is that really Biswajeet singing?”
Despite his proven singing chops, the actor wasn’t keen on singing in Hindi films even, though directors and producers constantly requested him to and that’s why he would never agree to concerts in the Maximum City. “Once Manmohan Desai, who was being quite persistent, asked me, ‘Why won’t you do it, Dada? You sing so well.’ That got me thinking,” Biswajeet reminisces. The actor, it seems, had a well-thought-out career plan. “I didn’t come to Mumbai to become a playback singer,” he says. “I came here to be a Bollywood hero. That had always been my ambition, and I didn’t want to get distracted. Besides, I realised that if singers like Mohd.Rafi or Hemant Kumar lent their voice to me, they would do an infinitely better job and there was a good chance the songs would become superhits. Who do you think would benefit the most from that?” he asks, with a smile. Luckily for him, that’s actually what happened.
He insisted it was my birthday gift to him, so I couldn’t refuse.” The song, “Ae Dil Meri Jaan”, plays in the background all through the film Thanks to his love for music, RD Burman was a good friend, as was actor Mehmood. “He may have been a comedian, but Mehmood had an excellent ear for music and rhythm. Choreographers Sandip Soparrkar and Vijayshree Chaudhary help Suman Rao to prepare for Miss World 2019...

Rajasthan girl Suman Rao won the 2nd Runner Up title at the Miss World 2019 contest held in London. Earlier in the year she was crowned Femina Miss India World 2019 and was representing India at the Miss World 2019 pageant. The 20-year-old had previously won the title of Miss India Rajasthan 2019. To help her prepare for the Talent Round and Dances of The World Round, Choreographers Sandip Soparrkar and Vijayshree Chaudhary worked with her for several months.
Speaking on training Suman, Bollywood and Ballroon dance guru Sandip Said, “With the help of the Miss India Organization, we chose the songs for suman’s Talent Round and Dances of The World Round. For over three Months, Suman dedicatedly trained with Vijayshree Chaudhary and Me, and religiously did her dance practice. She is not only a beautiful girl, but also very talented. I wish her all the best for Miss World Contest – I am sure she will make all of proud.”

Classical dance guru Vijayshree said, “Suman is a trained Kathak dancer and knows the nuances of Indian Classical and Fold dance. It was delight to teach her because she is extremely focused, intelligent and attentive with a lot of grance and poise. Suman’s talent round dance is a tribute to Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who is and Indian icon with a global presence. Keshav Arya’s film Antarvyathaa which won many awards in film festivals Releasing On 3 January 2020...

It happens very rarely that after showing in film festivals and getting so many awards, a film is released in theaters too. But director Keshav Arya’s movie ‘Antarvyatha’ has the good fortune that after screening in the film festivals, the film is releasing at such a high level in December. So far, it has received 4 awards in 14 film festivals, including Best Debut Film Maker, Best Director, Best Actor. Co Producer Akshay Yadav,

Keshav Arya, who has been associated with theater for almost 20 years, has also made a lot of short films. He is very excited about the release of this film. Keshav Arya said, “Many people have seen its promo and people are liking it. The release of films nowadays has become a big challenge, but I am happy that our film is being released. Earlier this film was made only for the festival but now it is going to be released in the theater. It has been shown in more than a dozen festivals in the country and abroad and has been awarded several awards including Best Film, Best Director. Since the films shown in the festival do not have songs, later we have added many songs to it for release in theaters. Kabira fame Tochi Raina has given beautiful music in it. It has a total of four songs. The title song of the film is quite effective.

Director Keshav Arya is extremely thankful to the film’s three producers Bharat Kavad, Dinesh Ahir and Deepak Vashisht who are bringing the film to theaters.

The film has actors like Hemant Pandey, Kuldeep Darren, Gulshan Pandey while Keshav Arya has also acted in it. Describing the one-liner of the film ‘Antarvyatha’ made under the banner of Sushila Media Tech Pvt Ltd, Keshav Arya says, “See, every man has an intuition. The film is based on this one liner. We often lie in our childhood, but it remains in our mind that we have lied and the person keeps on realizing the mistake of telling that lie. A person can hide his mistakes from other people, but he cannot hide it from himself. A human has to withstand the inner anguish that results from that mistake. He has to fight with himself. This is what this movie shows.

The trailer launch was a great experience which was held on 16th December’ 2019 at Sahara Star, Santacruz West, Mumbai.

The event started with the leads Priyanka Singh and Man Singh along with our guests ACID VICTIMS AND REAL LIFE HERO, name can’t be disclosed right now, for the event Jitendra Gulati from Priya Videos, Pradeep Singh, Amina Israr, Lyrics writer Faiz Anwar, Sudarshan Ratan, Anil Chaurasiya, Farhan Khan and more. Everybody present out there appreciated the hardwork of the cast and crew for making this film with all the heart.

The story speaks about the pain of the person who undergoes the trauma. In such a case, an acid attack survivor looses the confidence in themselves and the will power of living the life with pride.

This film is has been picturised for people suffering such pain and help them learn to over come it, in the long run and live their lives with great enthusiasm and pride.  It is said that ‘From being privileged to born as women, to feeling insecured to born as women, ‘TIME CHANGES’

After registration of an FIR for committing fraud and forgery by Kotak Mahindra Bank and others including Uday S. Kotak and Anand Mahindra, Bagla family has also filed a complaint with the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi, under Section 200 r/w 190 Cr. P.C. for taking cognizance of offences Committed U/s 211 (IInd Part), 499/500, 501, 502 r/w 120B/34 IPC, against Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd & others.

In the complaint apart from one Virendra Kumar Sharma, Kotak Mahindra Bank and its Directors & Company Secretary and other officers namely Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak, Managing Director, The Regional Manager, Kotak Bank (Delhi & NCR), Mr. Anand Mahindra, Mr. Shivaji Dam, Mr. Chengalath Jayram, Dipak Gupta, Ms. Bina Chandarana, Company Secretary, Mr. Chandra Shekhar Prasad (The Then Deputy Manager, Legal),  Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Officer, Kotak Bank and CVIL Infra Limited and Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd., were made accused.

It has been alleged in the complaint that the above named accused in connivance with the each other, falsely implicated one Bhupendra Bagla  son of Dr. Santosh Kumar Bagla (a renowned business family based at Mumbai & Delhi) in a criminal case by using forged and fabricated documents  created and used by the above named accused.

It has been further alleged in the complaint that the averments made by the accused in this regard has resulted in multiple litigations and publication, which are public documents and due to such malicious publication and false allegations, the reputation of complainant and Dr. Bagla’s family, got tarnished in the eyes of their friends, employees, business relations etc. It has been also alleged that the credibility built by the Complainant over a span of time, has been shattered due to leveling the false, frivolous, fictitious and baseless allegations against the complainant. The Court has been prayed to take cognizance of the matter and also prayed to punish the named accused as per law.

The matter was listed before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi wherein the Court has directed the complainant to file certified copies of the judicial record as relied upon and FIR lodged on the complaint of the accused, before the next date of hearing.

Going Back in time in the 70’s, Doner (meat wrapped in bread) was a very popular street food of Berlin; in simple terms Doner is made using seasoned meat stacked in the shape of an inverted cone and turned slowly on a rotisserie or rotating spit, while Chicago Gyro (originally Greek) which is meat cooked on a vertical and then put in baked bread, was first served in the US in 1965. These traditional foods are made at ‘Doner & Gyros’ by expert chefs.

रिज़वान के ट्रेलर में युवा व बिजनेसमैन के लिए प्रेरणा और मानव सेवा का झलक

ऑटोग्राफ प्रोडक्शन और रिजवान अदतिया प्रोडक्शन के बैनर तले बनी फिल्म “रिजवान – एन इंस्पिरेशनल ट्रू स्टोरी” का ट्रेलर और म्यूजिक लांच जुहू स्थित एक होटल में हुआ। फ़िल्म के सभी स्टारकास्ट, डायरेक्शन और प्रोडक्शन टीम उपस्थित हुए साथ में पदमश्री और पद्मविभूषण से सम्मानित प्रसिद्ध गायक उदित नारायण, मशहूर संगीतकार समीर सेन, अभिनेत्री सुजाता मेहता और कॉमेडियन सुनील पाल ने भी शिरकत की। ‘रिजवान’ फ़िल्म का संगीत संगीतकार समीर सेन के पुत्र सोहेल सेन ने दिया है। फ़िल्म में तीन गाने हैं और तीनों गाने मोटिवेशनल और मधुर है। गायक कलाकार उदित नारायण और अल्तमश फरीदी हैं। उदितनारायण तो अपने क्षेत्र में प्रसिद्ध और एवरग्रीन हैं ही साथ ही अल्तमश की गायकी भी शानदार है। उनका ‘एक मुलाकात’ और ‘एक चुम्मा’ गीत ब्लॉकबस्टर साबित हुआ है और इस फ़िल्म का उनके द्वारा गाया गीत भी उसी श्रेणी का है।

‘रिजवान’ फ़िल्म के डायरेक्टर हरेश व्यास ने बिजनेसमैन रिजवान अदतिया की जीवनी पर आधारित यह बॉयोग्राफी फ़िल्म का निर्माण किया है। एक गरीब परिवार का कम पढ़ा व्यक्ति कैसे मुसीबतों का सामना करते हुए तरक्की की सीढ़ियों पर आगे बढ़ता है, इसी कहानी पर बेस्ड यह फ़िल्म है। फ़िल्म में और क्या ट्विस्ट या कहानी है यह तो फ़िल्म देखने पर पता चलेगा।

ट्रेलर और म्यूजिक लॉन्च के मौके पर फ़िल्म के प्रोड्यूसर और जिस व्यक्ति के जीवन पर यह फ़िल्म बनी है वह शख्स रिजवान अदतिया अपने जीवन और फ़िल्म से जुड़ी बातें भी साझा करते हुए कहा कि इस फ़िल्म के जरिये युवा और व्यापारी को प्रेरणा मिलेगी तथा परिवार के बीच आपसी संबंध और मानव सेवा का संदेश देगी। उन्होंने कहा कि फ़िल्म की सारी कमाई उनके चैरिटेबल फाउंडेशन में जाएगी जिससे जरूरतमंद लोगों की सहायता हो सके। फ़िल्म में रिज़वान के किरदार को गुजराती फ़िल्म और रंगमंच के अभिनेता विक्रम मेहता ने साकार किया है। रिज़वान की शूटिंग पोरबंदर और मोजाम्बी (अफ्रीका) में की गई है। यह फ़िल्म रिज़वान की प्रेरणादायी बायोग्राफी के आधार पर बनी है।

Mumbai : The much awaited movie “Rizwan”, produced and directed by Haresh Vyas and inspired by a true story took its first step towards release. Trailer and music launch concluded successfully amongst the cast and crew of the film with some other eminent guests.

The movie which is already generating interest amongst its viewers because of its story line which is inspired by a true story is expected to be a milestone in the genre of meaningful cinema. The movie is Directed by Haresh Vyas and written by Dr Sharad Thakar. Features Vikram Mehta, Keyuri Shah, Bhargav Thaker, Jalpa Bhatt, Gaurav Chansori,  Digisha Gajjar, Sonu Mishra, Sagar Masrani, Hitesh Raval, Chirag Katrecha.

The event also marked  the music launch of the movie and audience can now experience the magical and musical experience. Mr. Haresh Vyas who is donning many feathers in his hat in the movie when asked about his experience said “It always gives immense pride and happiness when you can see your hard work on the silver screen ‘Rizwan’ was a dream project and the only thing I had in mind was to justify it to the fullest. Whenever a movie’s subject line is based on a real story, the task gets tougher and it’s a challenge to recreate someone’s journey in a manner that keeps even the facts intact and at the same time entertain the audience. The cast and crew totally supported the view & the subject and together we all have created something that we wish will be liked by audience as much as it is liked and loved by us.”

Mumbai: A grand program was organised at The Celebration Club, Andheri (West),Mumbai by famous martial arts expert of bollywood and chairman of the Chitah Jeet Kune Do Global Sports Federation (CJKD) Cheetah Yajnesh Shetty on the occasion of 79^th birth anniversary of Bruce Lee, a Hong Kong-American actor, director, martial artist and martial arts instructor.In memory of Bruce Lee, a national martial arts championship was organised in which the children from 20 schools from Mumbai and 26 states participated. After this Yajnesh Shetty released a poster of Bruce Lee alongwith Milind Gunaji, Omkar Das Manikpuri, Shahjad Khan, Ashok Beniwal, Vinay Anand and CJKD Director Trishan Shetty, Vice President Harish Shetty and ccelebrated the birth anniversary by cutting a cake.

In the program, school books and study material was distributed among 50 under privileged children. After these prizes, trophy and certificates were given away to the winners of the championship and to the CJKD instructors involved in giving free training “for women power empowerment”.

On the occasion, CJKD Chairman and famous bollywood martial arts expert Cheetah Yajnesh Shetty said that “we have been celebrating Bruce Lee’s birth anniversary for the last 10 years. This year’s program was dedicated to “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and women empowerment and training”. We organise programs related to different themes such as “Swatch Bharat”, “Global Warning”, “Under Privilege Education” etc. We are trying to spread good thoughts through the children across the country”.

Client clarify Kotak Bank about loan whether secured or unsecured. Is banking a Joke?...

R ef: Kotak Mahindra Bank Letter dated 12.11.2009

In one matter of loan transaction of Rs. 50 lacs between Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and Cogent Ventures India Limited executed in the year 2007, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited had clarified by their letter dated 12.11.2009 that the loan was unsecured loan and no property was mortgaged in favour of bank regarding such loan transaction.

There was an allegation against Mr. Bhupendra Bagla that he had mortgaged the leased property situated at E-41/4, Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi in favour of bank for such transaction as a guarantor and a FIR No. 149/09 PS Barakhamba Road, New Delhi was registered against Mr. Bagla. The basis of the allegation was that Mr. Bhupendra Bagla has forged two documents i.e. one affidavit and one Power of Attorney allegedly executed by Mr. Bhupendra Bagla whereas the same was not executed by Mr. Bagla.

Later on the Court has discharged Mr. Bhupendra Bagla on 10/12/2018 in FIR No. 149/09 after conducting trial in the matter and it ultimately revealed that Mr. Bhupendra Bagla was falsely implicated in said case.

In this episode, interesting part is bringing that Bank clarified by way of a letter dated 12/09/2009 that the loan sanctioned was without any collateral security and loan was an unsecured loan.

The said letter stated – “during the meeting, after due deliberations and clarification furnished by you, it is cleared that property bearing no. E- 41/4 Ground Floor Okhla Industrial Area,  Phase-II,  New Delhi-110020 is not mortgage or hypothecated to our Bank. It is clarified that the loan otherwise also is an unsecured loan. It is further clarified that it is because of the reason that the loan is an unsecured loan that we have not proceeded against any property including the one detailed herein above treating it to be a security/mortgage for the said loan under SERFAESI.”

By the said letter dated 12/09/.2009, the identity of the Bank in itself is doubtful –

• Bank is saying that client has clarified to them that property was not mortgage in favour of It means when loan was given by Bank, Bank had no knowledge that the loan property was mortgaged or not!!

• Bank was saying that client had clarified to them that loan was unsecured loan. It means when loan was given by Bank, Bank had no knowledge that the loan was secured or unsecured!!!
• Bank was saying that client had clarified to them that loan is unsecured loan and property is not mortgaged in favour of Bank, therefore they will not proceed against the property where they have an OA before the Hon’ble DRT!!!
• Now, what sort of due diligence was done by the Bank at the time of sanctioning the said loan facility!!!
