Dr. Santosh Kumar bagla has represented and requested for the physical or a Virtual Meeting vide letter dated 02.11. 2020, in reference of FIR 0120/2019 registered on 19.10.2019 against Kotak Mahindra Bank and its senior officials.

Dr. Bagla mentions in his representation that there has been fraud and forgery being done by Kotak Mahindra Bank and its Senior Officials.

SEBI is the regulatory body and it’s the duty of SEBI to stop the share trading of organization on which such grave charges has been standing against the Listed Company and a prima facie case has been established by court of Law.

It is important to point out that as per the listing agreement between listing agreement and stock exchange in which there are certain provision/clause such as “the issuing company agrees to inform the stock exchange, of any action /investigations initiated by any regulatory/statutory authority and the purpose for which it was initiated” the same has not been conveyed.

That further as per the compulsory delisting the securities of a company are removed from a stock exchange as a penal measure for not making submissions/complying with various requirements set out in the Listing agreement within the time frames prescribed.

Meanwhile it is the obligation of SEBI to issue show cause notice to Kotak Mahindra Bank confronting all the illegalities and asking why no action should be initiated against them.

Famous football player I.M Vijayan plays an important character in this movie which is portrayed in an international scenario. Director Vijeesh Mani says that the character entitled for I.M Vijayan is so unique that it has got the potential to rewrite his future in the film industry. Nanjiyamma, who got famous after her debut work in Ayyappanum Koshiyum, is writing and singing the songs which has a local touch to it. Junaid Muhammad is the Music Director.  Famous American musician, Edon Molla, who is a well known singer, lyricist and music director, has also written songs and sung in the movie. Edon, who works alongside Grammy Award winning musicians, has got his music used by New York’s Brooklyn Marathon, in Europe’s, several of America’s independent movies and radio stations. Eden’s first music album “Alone” had reached millions of people on social media platforms in just a period of 4 months. This is Edon’s first work in an international movie. Producers have shared that, seeing the novelty and concepts of the movie’s subject, Edon took the step to come forward and become a part of the movie.

Initial plan was to shoot the first few schedules of the movie in international locations in the month of May. That is when the pandemic struck and the shoot got relocated to India. The movie’s shoot started on June 5, world environment day and its essence sheds light on how lessons to save the environment takes a new turn. Livid at the false malafide news of an alleged arrest and malicious rumours  connecting him to Tollywood drug scandal  being spread in a bid to defame him,  actor-entrepreneur Sachiin Joshi is suing self-proclaimed critic KRK and Spotboye among others who are responsible for spreading this vicious false news.
Joshi who landed in Mumbai from abroad was called for questioning in a totally unrelated case to Hyderabad. The actor who was rushing to Goa to be with his wife Urvashi Sharma and kids to herald her birthday at their Resort had to delay the celebrations by a day, and recorded the statement and left to meet his family.
Sachiin Joshi’s legal counsel stated, “Certain malicious elements are trying to defame our client by putting out false stories in the media. Anyone who supports such elements will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law. Our defamation notices to KRK and Spotboye will be a strict warning to anyone who tries to defame our client with malfide intent.
“The statement was in a completely unrelated manner.
To connect his name to any drug scandal is not only defamatory, but also completely false an incorrect and has been spread with malicious intent.”

धारावाहिक के निर्देशक प्रमोद शास्त्री ने कहा कि श्री एन मिश्रा जी शुरू से ही हमारे साथ एक स्तम्भ की तरह खड़े रहे और जब भी जरुरत पड़ी उन्होंने सभी जरूरतों को पूरा किया। जैसी उम्मीद की थी वैसे ही हमने काम किया और आज इसकी तारीफ हो रही है। लोगों के कमेंट्स संतोषजनक हैं। प्रमोद शास्त्री ने आगे कहा कि गाँव में भी मैंने दो तरह की जिन्दगी बिताई है एक एकदम ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में, दूसरे लखनऊ जैसे शहर में भी जीवन बिताया है। किसान का बेटा हूँ, इसलिए तमाम अनुभवों को इसमें समाने की कोशिश की है।

इस धारावाहिक में सूरज नामक किरदार निभाने वाले एक्टर राजा गुरु ने कहा कि प्रमोद शास्त्री जी कैप्टन ऑफ़ द शिप हैं। हम फैमिली की तरह काम करते हैं। यह शिक्षाप्रद सीरियल है। अगर गाँव में विकास होगा तो देश में भी विकास होगा। गाँव में भी रोजगार के मौके हैं और यह सीरियल यही संदेश देता है कि लोग शहर की ओर पलायन न करें। अगर यह शो देखकर कुछ लोग गाँव छोड़कर शहर जाना छोड़ देंगे तो मैं समझूंगा कि मेरा किरदार सार्थक हो गया। मेरे किरदार को जीवित बनाने का क्रेडिट डायरेक्टर प्रमोद शास्त्री जी को जाता है।

इस शो की एक्ट्रेस कनक यादव ने भी पूरी टीम को बधाई दी और कहा कि हमारा सीरियल गाँव की फीलिंग्स को पेश करता है। मेरा किरदार शो में अहम है। मेरे किरदार का नाम आशा है। जिसकी कम उम्र में गाँव में शादी करा दी जाती है। वह कैसे अपनी सीमाओं में रहते हुए भी पढ लिख कर ऑफिसर बनती है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि हम खुद को लकी मानते हैं कि हमारे इस शो ने पचास एपिसोड पूरे कर लिये हैं। मैं अपने इस किरदार और इस शो के माध्यम से कहना चाहती हूँ कि आपकी शिक्षा आपका साथ कभी नहीं छोड़ेगी इसलिए इसमें शिक्षा की अहमियत पर जोर दिया गया है।

Merchant navy is a highly lucrative and dynamic career opportunity as 90 percent of the world’s goods are transported through ships. Apart from handsome remunerations, people employed in the shipping industry enjoy travelling across the globe and interacting with people of different cultures, ethnicity and race.

Among various courses offered by marine educational institutes in India, Marine Engineering is an interesting and specialized branch of engineering with highly rewarding prospects.

Why Marine Engineering?

According to estimates, the number of active Indian seafarers, employed aboard Indian or foreign flagged ships, has grown by about 45 percent in the last few years. The government is planning to hire around 3.5 lakh seafarers in the next three to five years, a move aimed at promoting shipping industry jobs as an attractive career option.

These figures are mind boggling. However, the important question is that can we match this demand?

Going by the figures of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, there are 6,214 engineering and technology institutes in the country. About 2.9 million students are enrolled in these institutes.

On an average, every year around 1.5 million students get a degree in engineering. However, fewer than 20 percent get employed in their core field. This is because of a lack of employable skills which are needed to carry out technical jobs.

Thus, more courses are needed which lead to direct employability of the graduating students. This is where the B Tech Marine Engineering and Graduate Marine Engineering courses come into the picture.

In B Tech Marine Engineering the total available seats in the country are only about 3,500 per year. However, due to lack of awareness about this course, the number of applications to this course is rather negligible.

On the other hand, the employability of the graduating students of B Tech Marine Engineering is very high as compared to other engineering courses in the country. IMI: The torch bearer of marine education

The International Maritime Institute (IMI), Greater Noida, is one of the leading institutes in India that offers marine engineering courses and practical on-board experience for engineering cadets.

Established in 1991, IMI has been awarded the A1 ‘Outstanding’ grading by the Indian Registrar of Shipping. The A1 Grading is the highest certification being granted to maritime training institutes in the country as per the stringent norms laid out by the DG Shipping.

Courses in Marine Engineering

It also covers various subjects of ship structure design, besides mechanical and electrical engineering.

The other course provided by IMI is Graduate in Marine Engineering (GME), which is a one-year programme for students having a 4-year B Tech Mechanical degree, to brighten their prospects in the Merchant Navy.

For B Tech in Marine Engineering, one needs to have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as separate subjects with a PCM average of not less than 60 percent.

For Graduate in Marine Engineering popularly known as GME course, one needs Graduation in Mechanical Engineering/Naval Architecture with a minimum of 50 percent marks in the final year and with minimum 50 percent marks in English language at 10^th class or 12^th class or graduate degree examination.
