मैंने भूमिका के लिए ऑडिशन दिया था जब मैं बैंगलोर में एक फिल्म की शूटिंग कर रहा था और सचिन सर और मोना मैम के साथ काम करना एक सपना था। उन्होंने हर अभिनेता का इतनी अच्छी तरह से ख्याल रखा ! सब कुछ सावधानी पूर्वक योजना बद्ध और सौंदर्य पूर्ण ढंग से शूट किया गया था। हमने टाइम पर शूट कम्प्लीट कर लिया,” अनिरुद्ध ने बताया।

In this eternity, especially these days Paradise Kashmir is witnessing a marked climb in drug abuse and alcohol-related incidents. Youth are inclined towards evil practices, bad habits. Not just substance abuse, unhealthy eating habits are leading youth towards more health problems. Amid all these uncertain times, Kashmir is glimpsing a ray of hope in the form of a young gym trainer, Motivational Guy Imtiyaz Dar.

This dynamic trainer is all willing to train the youth free of cost. “I want to see Kashmir a drug free, alcohol free society. The new generation is full of talent, but due to unfavourable circumstances in our valley, our youth are clasped in the room of hopelessness. They need a push, and I’m sure sports and bodybuilding will help them for greater welfare, of an individual as well as society”, says Imtiyaz Dar who alongside fitness trainer is a fresh entrepreneur face, owner of the largest wooden manufacturer factory, Kash Wood, located in Narbal, Srinagar.

A few houses down the lane where Imtiyaz lives, An inspiration to International Athletes we met Adil Teli. He’s the same young talent who recently set a new record for cycling from Kashmir to Kanyakumari (3600 km) in just 8 days, 1 hour and 37 minutes. We had a brief chat with him and he praised the selfless efforts of Imtiyaz Dar helping him along during his practice Adil Teli before attempting for a world record.

“Imtiyaz has helped several youths to overcome financial constraints and worked days and nights together to see them grow professionally”, says 23 years old cycling sensation of Kashmir.

Akbar Khan, one of the prominent cyclists of the country. He holds Imtiyaz Dar in high esteem, praises his efforts to see youth prosper and grow towards a new dawn. “Imtiyaz is one of those rare people who always keeps himself second. It was only after insistence from family and friend that she decided to enter the contest as participant. Shikha    describes herself as a happy go lucky person full of positivity and tremendous zest for life. मैंने भूमिका के लिए ऑडिशन दिया था जब मैं बैंगलोर में एक फिल्म की शूटिंग कर रहा था और सचिन सर और मोना मैम के साथ काम करना एक सपना था। उन्होंने हर अभिनेता का इतनी अच्छी तरह से ख्याल रखा ! सब कुछ सावधानी पूर्वक योजना बद्ध और सौंदर्य पूर्ण ढंग से शूट किया गया था। हमने टाइम पर शूट कम्प्लीट कर लिया,” अनिरुद्ध ने बताया।
“ऑल्ट बालाजी के साथ काम करना भी एक सपना था और मैं बलजीत सिंह चड्ढा सर का बेहद आभारी हूं।

Understanding ADHD in Children and Adolescents By Karina Sharma...

ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is a neurodevelopmental disorder commonly diagnosed in children and adolescents. Common symptoms include impulsivity, inattention, and hyperactivity. Many of these symptoms make it difficult for children to pay attention in school and to focus on a given task. They may be perceived as disruptive, disobedient, and troublesome by teachers, parents, and other students. Children with ADHD are often unfairly labeled with negative terms such as “dumb, “difficult”, or “lazy”. Many people assume children displaying these behaviors are simply not trying or there is a lack of discipline by parents. These assumptions are baseless as ADHD is a brain-based condition that affects the ability to control attention and impulsive behaviors. Punishing a child with these symptoms instead of offering assistance and support will most likely lead to an increase in challenging behavior.

According to the CDC, approximately 6.1 million (9.4%) children have been diagnosed with ADHD as symptoms are usually displayed before the age of 7. This diagnosis often carries into adulthood as most children do not grow out of their disorder and challenges can last a lifetime. Treatment of ADHD can include behavior therapy, medication, or a mixture of both. For children under the age of 6, it is recommended to use behavior therapy as a means of treatment and avoid prescription medications. For children over the age of 6, it is recommended to use a combination of behavior therapy and medication. ADHD is diagnosed by physicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and physical examinations. There is currently no single test to diagnose ADHD and no singular tool such as a blood test, brain scan, or x-ray that can detect the disorder. Research studies have revealed that the cause of ADHD can be linked to heredity, chemical imbalances in the brain, or brain changes. ADHD is more commonly found in boys than girls.

ADHD is categorized into three different types:

• inattentive type (easily distracted, poor focus, difficulty concentration for long periods, and lack of organizational skills)

विवादित बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस अलीसा खान ने टीवी पत्रकार से रचाई शादी, इमरान हाशमी संग कर चुकी हैं काम

बॉलीवुड एक्टर  इमरान हाशमी की फिल्‍म ‘आईना’ की एक्ट्रेस अलीसा खान ने टीवी पत्रकार वसीम अख्तर से हाल ही में निकाह किया है।

अभिनेत्री अलीसा खान की मानें तो वसीम अख्तर से उनकी मुलाकात वर्ष 2011 में एक फिल्म इंटरव्यू के दौरान हुई थी। इसके बाद मुलाकातों का सिलसिला जारी रहा। दोस्ती होने के कुछ सालों के दौरान यह प्यार में तब्दील हो गई। कुछ समय पहले ही अलीसा खान और वसीम अख्तर ने निकाह का फैेसला लिया।

अलीसा खान ने बताया कि ‘माय हजबैंड्स वाइफ’ वर्ष 2011 में रिलीज हुई एक बॉलीवुड ड्रामा थी, जिसका निर्देशन विनोद छाबरा ने किया है। इस फिल्म में रति अग्निहोत्री, शक्ति कपूर मुख्य भूमिका में नजर आए थे, जबकि उन्होंने भी फिल्म में अहम भूमिका निभाई थी।

इस फिल्म के प्रोमोशन के दौरान वसीम अख्तर ने अलीसा खान का पहला बड़ा इंटव्यू लिया था। यही से प्यार का बीज दोनों के दिलों में पड़ा था। यह प्यार अब शादी में बदल गया है।

गौरतलब है कि बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस अलीसा खान कुछ महीने पहले बड़े बुरे दौर से गुजर रही थीं। उन्हें दिल्ली के ग्रेटर कैलाश में चिलचिलाती धूप में सड़कों पर घूमता देखा गया था। जानकारी सामने आई थी कि उनके घरवालों ने उन्‍हें घर से निकाल दिया था।

खबर यह भी आई थी कि प्रेमी द्वारा निजी वीडियो सोशल साइट पर अपलोड करने के बाद घरवालों ने बदनामी की वजह से उन्‍हें बाहर का रास्‍ता दिखा दिया था।

हुआ यूं कि अलीसा खान के प्रेमी ने उनका निजी वीडियो बना कर सोशल साइट पर अपलोड कर दिया था। यह बात जब अलीसा को पता चली तो वह गुस्से से बौखला गईं। इसके बाद वह उन्होंने प्रेमी के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ने की ठानीं। अलीशा का कहना था कि वह न्याय लेकर रहेंगी।इस पर उनके मां और भाई ने बदनामी का हवाला देते हुए उन्हें चुप रहने की सलाह दी थी, लेकिन अलीसा कुछ भी सुनने को तैयार नहीं हुई। उन्होंने घरवालों की मर्जी के बगैर पुलिस में शिकायत कर दी थी। अलीशा के इस कदम के बाद घरवालों ने उन्हें घर से निकाल दिया था। जिससे अब एक्ट्रेस या तो सड़कों पर फिर किसी धर्मशाला में रही थीं।

गौर करने वाली बात यह है कि अलीशा खान कोई छोटी-मोटी हस्ती नहीं हैं। वह गाजियाबाद शहर बसाने वाले नवाब गाजीउद्दीन की पोती हैं। वह दक्षिण भारत की कई फिल्मों के साथ हिंदी फिल्मों में भी काम कर चुकी हैं, इनमें से एक इमरान हाशमी के साथ फिल्म ‘आईना’ भी है।

पटना : सिर्फ 10 महीने का मासूम बच्चा अयांश एक दुर्लभ बीमारी का शिकार हो गया है। स्पाइनल मस्कुलर स्ट्राफी बीमारी से पीड़ित है। अयांश को बचाने के लिए 16 करोड़ रुपए के इंजेक्शन एक डोज की जरूरत है। यह खबर सुनकर भोजपुरी के सुपर स्टार गुंजन सिंह अयांश से मिलने पहुंचे, आर्थिक मदद किये और लोगों से अपील किया कि जिससे जितना संभव हो बच्चे के इलाज के लिए मदद करे ताकि 16 करोड़ की व्यवस्था हो जाए और उस बालक को वह इंजेक्शन लगाया जा सके, जिससे उस मासूम की जान बच सके।

उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो के जरिये भी लोगों से गुहार लगाई है कि लोग मदद करें। उन्होंने लिखा है “जीवन मांगे अयांश। इस बच्चे को 16 करोड़ के इंजेक्शन की ज़रुरत है। आप लोग य़था शक्ति मदद करें।”

गुंजन सिंह ने बच्चे को गोद मे लेकर खेलाया और सभी से गुजारिश करते हुए कहा कि मेरी तरफ से एक निवेदन है। अयांश मात्र 10 महीने का है वो एक दुर्लभ बिमारी से जुझ रहा है। इस बिमारी मे शरीर का अंग धीरे धीरे काम करना बंद कर देता है। अयांश 10 माह का तो हो गया है पर अभी भी नवजात की तरह है। इसका सिर्फ एक इलाज है  16 करोड रुपए का एक इंजेक्शन है। इतनी बड़ी रकम जुटाना बहुत मुश्किल है लेकिन नामुमकिन नहीं है। यह रकम आप लोग की मदद और सहयोग से सम्भव हो सकती है। बच्चे की जान बचाई जा सकती है। बच्चे की जिंदगी अब आप लोग के हाथो में है। जितनी राशि से सम्भव हो आप उतनी  रकम से मदद करे। इस मासूम बच्चे के इलाज के लिए गुंजन सिंह लोगों से मदद मांग रहे हैं और सोशल मीडिया के जरिये भी वह लोगों से मदद करने की अपील कर रहे हैं।

चिंतन की खासियत है कि आप अपने हर प्रोग्राम का आगाज़ महामंत्र णमोकार मन्त्र से करते हैं । आपने मशहूर प्लेबैक सिंगर्स अलका याग्निक, शान, सुनिधि चौहान, कविता कृष्णमूर्ति, अनुराधा पोरवाल, साधना सरगम के साथ अपनी आवाज़ दी है। आपने गुजराती फिल्म चाणक्य नी छेली चाल, बंगाली फिल्म रहमत अली में श्री मिथुन चक्रवर्ती के लिए प्ले बैक किया है। आपने श्री बप्पी दा के निर्देशन में हिंदी फिल्म लश्कर में सुनीधि चौहान और रॉकी द स्लेव में अलका याग्निक के साथ अपनी आवाज़ दी है। साथ ही महान संगीतकार स्व. रविन्द्र जी जैन के निर्देशन में सिंगर शान के साथ टेलीसीरियल रियलिटी शो द परफॉर्मर के लिए भी गाया है। सुरेंद्र बचन के संगीत निर्देशन में बाबू सिंह मान और साधना सरगम और ऋचा शर्मा के साथ बंगाली व् पंजाबी फिल्म के लिए अपनी आवाज़ दी है।

प्रसिद्ध गायिका कविता कृष्णमूर्ति के साथ आचार्यश्री विद्यासागर जी महाराज को समर्पित भजन” एक नाम साचा एक नाम प्यारा…….ले-ले गुरु का अब तू सहारा…..तेरे चरणों में हम सब का नमन है……विद्यासागर है नाम तिहारा….” गाया जो यूट्यूब पर उपलब्ध है ।

इसके साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी और  आचार्य श्री विद्या सागर जी महाराज की प्रेरणा से मातृ भाषा हिंदी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए “करुणा की भाषा, हिंदी भारत की भाषा” सीडी एलबम लांच हुआ जिसमें ऐलक सिद्धान्त सागर जी महाराज द्वारा रचित गीत हैं जो चिंतन ने अपनी आवाज़ में खूबसूरती से पिरोये हैं । इन गीतों की सीडी का विमोचन कुंडलपुर में आचार्य श्री विद्या सागर जी महाराज द्वारा किया गया । इसके बाद  केंद्रीय पर्यटन और सांस्कृतिक मंत्री डॉ. महेश शर्मा ने इस सीडी का विमोचन किया ।

चिंतन का मेश अप सॉन्ग “सुन मेरे हमसफर,  क्या तुजे इतनी सी है खबर…” युवाओं के बीच यूट्यूब पर धूम मचा रहा है। वहीं 2016  में चिंतन के प्रोजेक्ट अलॉय के तहत खुद का एलबम “हमें तुमसे प्यार कितना”  लांच हुआ जिसे चिंतन के फैंस जबर्दस्त पसंद कर रहे हैं। इसमें चिंतन ने एवरग्रीन सांग “हमें तुमसे प्यार कितना” गाया जिसमें उम्दा शास्त्रीय गायक गौतम काले जी ने शास्त्रीय राग पेश कर साथ निभाया।  इस एलबम का दूसरा वर्ज़न भी यूट्यूब  पर आ चुका है जो संगीत प्रेमियों के बीच धूम मचा रहा है।

इसके साथ चिंतन के तीन प्राइवेट सांग्स “चैन दिल से फरार हो गया”, “हवाओं का चलना” और बॉलीवुड सिंगर सुनिधि चौहान और फेमस बॉलीवुड कोरियोग्राफर मास्टर गणेश आचार्य के साथ तेरी आँखों का दीवाना”  फिल्माया गीत  यूट्यूब पर उपलब्ध हैं जिसे चिंतन के फैन्स द्वारा बहुत पसंद किया गया ।

Sustainable pencils are pencils that are not made of wood but are rolled from recyclable paper. Eco-friendly in nature, these pencils are plantable. They have water soluble capsules which have seeds of herbs and vegetables, making the pencils plantable and balancing the carbon imprint. But why recycled pencils?

Recycled pencils are the need of the hour and it is heartening to see several young brands coming forward to address the issue and offer a variety for children to choose from the green alternatives. What is even more exciting is that these pencils turn out to be much better in quality and long-lasting than their wooden counterparts. The nib does not break easily and the paper-rolling process makes it very sturdy for a good grip in comparison to wooden ones. Dubai: Renowned media person Sandeep Marwah president of Marwah Studios and founder of Noida Film City gets included in the World Book of Records London for being founder of Noida Film City-the fastest growing film city in the World.

“It was in December 1986 I submitted the project to UP Government. December 1987 the film city got its clearance from the state capital Lucknow and !988 allotments were made. Government gave us three years’ time to build up the infra structure and to come into production. We were originally six, then twelve and now total sixteen players in film city,” recollected Sandeep Marwah while narrating the story of making of Film City in North India.

“We have gone through tough times. There was no culture of cinema and film production. It has been thirty years we are managing the film city with our own resources and efforts. Today we have created a World Record,” added Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and founder of Noida Film City.

Now Noida Film City is the fastest growing film city in the World. 100 acre complex 75 outdoors and 25 indoors. There are 16 players and 350 channels are being broadcast from these studios to 162 countries 24 by 7. Around 17000 media professionals are working from here in 3 shifts of eight hours each- is the World Record now.
