Director Shamas Nawab Siddiqui, who is awaiting the release of his feature directorial debut Bole Chudiyan has now been indulging himself into an extensive boxing training between his packed schedules.

Shamas Siddiqui shares, “I am really thrilled to resume boxing training again. I had won several competitions during my college days in Dehradun but couldn’t continue it due to my passion for filmmaking. Currently, I am improving my strength and technique.”

Besides Bole Chudiyan, Shamas was in the news recently for his short film Zero Kilometres which is doing the rounds across the International film festivals. He has other short and long-format projects also to release in 2022.

राम गोपाल वर्मा हमेशा से ही अलग तरह की फ़िल्में बनाए जाने‌ के‌ लिए जाने जाते हैं.

अब राम‌ गोपाल वर्मा ने अब तक की अपनी सबसे महत्वाकांक्षी और सबसे महंगी फिल्म ‘लड़की – एंटर द गर्ल ड्रैगन’ के ज़रिए सिनेमा के क्षेत्र में एक नई ऊंचाई हासिल करने की कोशिश की है.  ग़ौरतलब है कि इस फिल्म का निर्माण भारत और चीन द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से किया गया है.

उल्लेखनीय है कि हाल ही में भारत और चीन के बीच गलवान घाटी में हुए संघर्ष के बाद ‘लड़की – एंटर द गर्ल ड्रैगन’ ऐसी पहली भारतीय फ़िल्म है, जो चीन में प्रदर्शित की जाएगी. चीन में इस फिल्म को प्रदर्शित किया जाना इस बात का सबूत है कि मार्शल आर्ट्स और सिनेमा ने चीन और भारत को सिनेमा के पटल पर फिर से साथ ला खड़ा कर दिया है.

इस फिल्म के माध्यम से राम गोपाल वर्मा ऐसे पहले फिल्ममेकर बन गये हैं जिन्होंने चीन की ऊंची दीवार को लांघते हुए इस फिल्म को भारत के साथ-साथ चीन में प्रदर्शित करने का ज़िम्मा उठाया है. फ़िल्म की रिलीज़ से पहले राम गोपाल वर्मा ने फ़िल्म के हिंदी और चीनी ट्रेलर को अपने आधिकारिक यूट्यूब पर अपलोड किया है. उल्लेखनीय है कि फिल्म के ट्रेलर को दर्शकों के साथ-साथ दोनों इंडस्ट्री से जुड़े लोगों की भी ख़ूब वाहवाही मिल रही है.

राम गोपाल वर्मा कहते हैं, “मैंने सरकार के ज़रिए ‘द गॉड फ़ादर’ को ट्रिब्यूट दिया था. उसी तरह से मैंने पूजा भालेकर को लेकर बनाई गई फ़िल्म ‘लड़की – एंटर द ड्रैगन गर्ल’ के‌ माध्यम से ब्रूस ली को लेकर बनाई गई विश्व की सबसे महान मार्शल आर्ट्स फ़िल्म ‘एंटर द ड्रैगन’ को विनम्र आदरांजलि देने‌ की कोशिश है.”

ग़ौरतलब है कि पिछले साल गलवान घाटी में भारत और चीन के बीच हुई हिंसक झड़प के बाद ‘एक लड़की : एंटर द गर्ल ड्रैगन’ चीन में रिलीज की जानेवाली पहली भारतीय फ़िल्म होने का गौरव हासिल करेगी.

इस फ़िल्म को आर्ट्सी मीडिया और चीन के नामी फ़िल्म‌ प्रोडक्शन हाउस बिग पीपल ने मिलकर प्रोड्यूस किया है. भारत और चीन के सहयोग से बनी इस फ़िल्म‌ को मुम्बई, गोवा के कई लोकेशन समेत चीन में भी शूट किया गया है.

RGV scales Great Wall with Indo Chinese production LADKI: Enter the Girl Dragon

Ram Gopal Varma’s most ambitious and most expensive film of his career Ladki: Enter The Girl Dragon will be the first Indian film to release in China after the Galwan standoff between the two countries proving that martial arts and cinema have reunited India and China.

RGV who becomes the first filmmaker to scale the Great Wall and release his film on the other side of the border along with releasing it in India and abroad is putting out the trailer of the film called Ladki in Hindi and Dragon Girl in Chinese on Monday, November 8 th at 5 pm.

HOW DID YOU START BEING IN A SMALL CITY LIKE JAMMU?

Smile! Well yes, it’s quite challenging still but had no other option because of the spark and enthusiasm inside. The determination and passion towards Music and arrangements I guess flow in my veins and I can not deny the fact that my life is incomplete without music so I thought to get a small setup and started working in a small room which is now turned into a Professional Studio. The mode was generally self-learning, experience and execution. This is how it came along till now and I’m feeling lucky to have had put my fingers on the keyboard it’s my bread and butter now.

YOU HAVE FACED A LOT BECAUSE IN A SMALL CITY YOU DON’T HAVE MORE OPTIONS HOW WAS SURVIVAL?

That’s true and the fact can not be denied because in a small city no doubt there is enough natural talent but a lot percentage of singers do not approach music composers because of risk for the future as they are at the level when they are about to enter college and parents do not prefer to take the risk, others approach but in some cases, they don’t have a budget which a big problem no doubt I always welcome a good talent and try to expose with my best help also. So yes Clients are limited and you have to give your best in a small panorama which is challenging

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU PREFER TO COMPOSE?

That’s interesting but frankly speaking, I have not found myself in limited strings but they have freedom of expression and so I can do Hindi, Punjabi, Dogri, Arabic, Kashmiri and even English songs as well. I have done Ghazals, Pop, Jazz, party flavour, Devotional, Naat (Islamic), Bhajans, Bhangra in almost every class so far and I will love to perform in Multi dimensions.

A MESSAGE FOR BUDDING SINGERS?.

Well, this is not easy to make understand everyone that talent cannot be brought but it’s inside that is later on practised and brushed up. I have seen a lot of young Singers doing amazing whether is a Rap song, classical, Punjabi or Contemporary Neoclassical romantic. What I can say is keep doing, make good music, bring good lyrics and most importantly promote it because once it reaches the market it will trend ruther it will never create history only by shearing it to your few friends or family. This is the basis of mantra even getting a hit and Buzz the Box Office as adequately.

Appreciate such talent even being in a small city competing Mumbai and Punjab pattern in Jammu is itself a big achievement.

ok, so I recently had a vivid ordeal shooting in Kashmir for a few Punjabi music videos I’m excited for them because of such a beautiful location that people love, adequately sitting in Kashmir was a good experience as well and I will love to shoot more and more in Kashmir, not only locations but food, culture, nature all things attracted me so much, besides that, I have done my music videos covers songs few of them released and few of them about to release.

Mumbai, Maharashtra (India): All actors play characters, of course, but only some are called “character actors.” Character actors specialize in playing eccentric roles in every movie. Mukesh Agrohari is one such actor who played a pivotal part in his every outing. In most of the films he is the doyen when it comes to bringing real life to reel life with power and precision. The grand opening of Bharat Sumbad’s brand new store “Rasaya” in Santacruz, Mumbai took place on October 21, where many guests including film personalities were present. The grand opening ceremony was hosted by Ronnie Rodrigues (Cinebuster Magazine) with a large media presence. Comedian Sunil Pal, Actor Singer Arun Bakshi, Actress Jyoti Saxena, Kishori Shahane, Leena Kapoor were also present on the occasion of launch of Ethnic Women’s Wear store Rasaya. Hindustani Classical Performers Enthrall In Ragaaz Utsav...

Gurgaon, Oct 27 :It was a special day for all music lovers in Gurgaon when Ragaaz Music Academy presented a performance by two talented Hindustani Classical artists Fareed Hasan Khan and Mohd. Amaan Khan in Ragaaz Utsav 2021. These fine classical performers have gained huge acclaim after their famous jugalbandi – GarajGaraj in TV series ‘Bandish Bandits’. The two performers mesmerized the audience with their songs.

“Ragaaz Utsav 2021 which was the 3^rd anniversary of Ragaaz Music Academy & featured more than 60 students of the academy on stage. Celebrity children artists like Biren Dang and Khushi Nagar also performed. Ragaaz Utsav-2021 was our annual function where best of the students performed on stage.” Said Aparna Bhattacharya, director Ragaaz Music Academy.

The companies spent a whooping price on the deal, which is supposed to be the highest amount ever paid for music rights down South. इस आयोजन के बारे में एसबीआई के एक प्रवक्ता कहते हैं, “पुणे की रियल एस्टेट इंडस्ट्री की ओर से उपभोक्ताओं को उनकी इच्छानुसार निवेश करने और घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुकों को उनका ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट दिलाने के लिए सुनहरा मौका उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है. ग़ौरतलब है कि बहुसंख्य रियल एस्टेट विशेषज्ञ ख़रीदारों को प्रॉपर्टी ख़रीदने में देरी नहीं करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं. एसबीआई प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो में सभी तरह की उपभोक्ताओं की ज़रूरतों और उनकी जीवनशैली के मद्देनज़र विभिन्न प्रकार व आकार के घर ख़रीदने के विकल्प उपलब्ध होंगे. घरों के लोकेशन से लेकर ईएमआई की आसान किश्तों तक सभी तरह के विशेष प्रावधान किये गये हैं. एक्सपो में शामिल होनेवाले तमाम डेवलपर अच्छी पृष्ठभूमि से ताल्लुक रखते हैं. उल्लेखनीय है कि एसबीआई हमेशा से ही उपभोक्ताओं की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देता रहा है.”

घरों की बिक्री संबंधी बाज़ार की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, देश के 7 प्रमुख शहरों में घरों की बिक्री में 113% का इज़ाफ़ा हुआ है. ख़रीदारों व निवेशकों के सकारात्मक रुख़ और विकासशील बाज़ार के तेज़ी से खुलने की प्रक्रिया के चलते इसमें और अधिक बढ़ोत्तरी की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है.

इस संबंध में एसबीआई के एक प्रवक्ता कहते हैं, “एसबीआई प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो से कई तरह की उम्मीदें की जा सकती हैं. घर से ही काम (वर्क फ्रॉम होम) करने के मद्देनज़र बड़े व विशाल आकार के घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुकों के लिए इस एक्सपो में विभिन्न प्रकार की प्रॉपर्टी उपलब्ध हैं. इसके अलावा, इस एक्सपो में शामिल होनेवाले उपभोक्ताओं को हमारी तरफ़ से किफ़ायती ब्याज़ दरों का लाभ दिया जाएगा. निश्चित तौर पर ये घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुक लोगों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान लाने की एक बेहतरीन कोशिश है. प्लॉट व साइट की ख़रीद, घरों के निर्माण, फ़्लैट व बने-बनाए घर की ख़रीदने को लेकर एसबीआई से ऋण हासिल किया जा सकता है. इसके अतिरिक्त, टॉप-अप लोन अथवा अन्य बैंकों से गृह ऋण को एसबीआई में शिफ़्ट करने का भी विशेष प्रावधान है. इन तमाम सुविधाओं के माध्यम से उपभोक्ताओं को लाभ पहुंचाने का पूरा ख़्याल रखा जा रहा है.”

उल्लेखनीय है कि एक्सपो‌ में शामिल होकर ज़ीरो प्रोसेसिंग चार्ज का लाभ उठाया जा सकता है. इतना ही नहीं, अपने नाम पर ऋण लेनेवाली महिलाएं ब्याज दर में छूट भी पा सकती हैं. प्री-पेमेंट करने पर किसी भी तरह की पैनेलिटी नहीं लगाने का भी विशेष प्रावधान किया गया है. इसके अलावा, रोज़ाना घटते बैलेंस के आधार पर ब्याज लेने की भी व्यवस्था की गई है.

The impact of Coronavirus on the Indian real estate sector was stifling to the point that it brought property transactions to a near-halt last year when the nation went into a complete lockdown between March and June 2020. Since then, the market has taken several strides towards recovery, and just when it seemed the revival was not far, the country was struck by another wave of the virus, this time, far more fatal. To cash on this revival of the real estate market, SBI, India’s largest bank is back with the SBI Property Expo 2021 at Mahalaxmi Lawn in Karve Nagar, Pune.

Touted to be the best time to invest in a house in Pune, a property expo of this size is believed to make an impact on the Real Estate as well as the home loan market as major builders and developers from across Pune are under one roof to facilitate the market.

“We believe this is the perfect time to take an initiative and host an expo which will create the much-needed boost to the home loan market,” says Ajay Kumar Singh, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Maharashtra Circle. After a slump in the property market due to COVID-19 and its repercussions, the organizers believes it is the right time to invest in a house in Pune. He adds, “We have many enablers to offer to our customers this festive season including a hefty reduction in the rate of interest to 6.70% depending on eligibility. SBI has also waived off the processing fee!”Apart from the mentioned offers, the bank also provides the longest tenure (i.e. 30 years). “We are also the nodal bank for the PMAY scheme.” The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is Indian government’s flagship initiative for affordable housing.

Also, a recent survey published on the Economic Times revealed that over 80% of over 2,500 surveyed prospective homebuyers across cities including Pune have expressed their interest in buying property in the next one quarter.

Producer Shivam Singh is on cloud nine for the commendable success of his production company TOBC Entertainment. The production venture has added glory in its feathered cap as it celebrated one year of its success in a glittering ceremony in Mumbai. TOBC Entertainment has consistently produced several music videos which have garnered views in millions. The occasion also celebrated the success of his song ‘Laut Aao Maa’ sung by Arunachal Pradesh’s promising singer Anong Singpho.

The grand celebration of TOBC Entertainment saw the cutting of many delectable cakes at the event. While interacting with the media, producer Shivam Singh said, “After a lot of struggle, I have established TOBC Entertainment. Rashi has extended her support to me throughout the journey. I would even want to thank Pratiksha and Pragya for being there in this fruitful journey.” Shivam had first met musician Sugat Dhanvijay, and after listening to his songs, the duo came up with their first song ‘Tum Mere Paas’ by Mohammad Irfan. The song was released by Zee Music and was a raging hit.

The second song of TOBC Entertainment ‘Laut Aao Maa’ was another huge success under the production venture. The song is beautifully sung by singer Anong Singpho and the video features Vishal Pandey, Manpreet Kaur and Arman Khan. Actress Manpreet Kaur was all praises for this beautiful song, and speaking about the same, she said, “I really enjoyed working with Shivam Singh. The song hits the right chord with emotions flowing in. I was smitten when music composer Sugat Dhanvijay told me that the song is inspired from real life.”

Girish Wankhede – Gandhiji had the foresight that Hindi language would keep our nation united...

One of the most interesting events held on this Gandhi Jayanti was an informative and educative – ‘Gandhi aur Hindi’ that was organized by Vishwa Hindi Academy and Wankhede Review and Analysis. This insightful event, a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi was held on 2nd October 2021 at a banquet hall in Oshiwara in Mumbai. Though it was held in the afternoon, what was so encouraging that it was attended by Bollywood heavyweights like Rohini Hattangadi who was the chief guest, Kavita Sheth, Vinay Shukla and Girish Wankhede who spoke about their experiences as regards to Hindi language.

Rohini Hattangadi recalled that she was just 27 years old when she played Kasturba’s character in Sir Richard Attenborough’s film GANDHI (1982) hence was able to share some insights about the father of our nation.

Kavita Sheth sang the devotional hymn Vaishnava Jana To which was rendered as a bhajan in Gandhiji’s Sabarmati Ashram and then she followed it up by singing a  Ghazal.

Vinay Shukla, the writer of Dabangg observed that usage of proper Hindi is of vital importance in any Bollywood film, noting that Gandhiji’s influence in the usage of our national language particularly helped the freedom fight struggle.

Keshav Rai, head of Vishwa Hindi Academy flawlessly anchored the event, while Girish Wankhede of Wankhede Review and Analysis mentioned, “Though being a Gujarati, Mahatma Gandhi had learnt and mastered the Hindi language during those difficult times. After graduating in law from England and after returning from South Africa, Gandhiji’s first big movement was organized in Champaran in Uttar Pradesh that is a Hindi belt, hence he had to learn proper Hindi and be proficient in the language which he felt that for keeping a nation united, we need one language that everybody can understand. Gandhiji felt, “Rashtrabhasha ke bina, rashtra goonga hai” (Without a national language, the nation doesn’t have a voice).

This was followed by a very interesting single act play ‘Daastan E Mahatma’ that was based on Gandhiji’s life that was directed by Mujeeb Khan, A 20 minutes play remembering Gandhi and Hindi. The significance of this play was that the anchor spoke about Gandhiji’s upbringing in first person and threw insights in the life and philosophy of this great man.
