दिनांक ७ जुलै २०२५, मुंबई:- धारावी पुनर्विकास प्रकल्पाच्या नावाखाली सरकार व अदानी समूह धारावीतील गरिबांच्या हक्कांवर गदा आणत आहे.हा प्रकल्प सामान्य जनतेच्या हक्कांचे उल्लंघन असून, संपूर्ण प्रक्रियेत लोकशाही मूल्यांना आणि जनतेच्या आरोग्याला धक्का पोचवणारा आहे,अशी संतप्त प्रतिक्रिया बहुजन समाज पक्षाचे प्रदेशाध्यक्ष ऍड.सुनील डोंगरे यांनी सोमवारी (ता.७) व्यक्त केली. मुंबई येथे आयोजित पत्रकार परिषदेतून ऍड.डोंगरे यांनी केंद्र, राज्य सरकारसह अदानी समुहाच्या भूमिकेवर प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित केले.राज्य महासचिव, पश्चिम महाराष्ट्र झोनचे मुख्य प्रभारी आणि पुण्याचे माजी नगरसेवक डॉ.हुलगेश चलवादी यांच्यासह पक्षाचे प्रमुख पदाधिकारी यावेळी उपस्थित होते. दरम्यान, बसपाच्या शिष्टमंडळाने धारावी पुनर्विकास प्रकल्पाचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी एस.व्ही.आर श्रीनिवास यांना निवेदन देत धारावीतील समस्यांबाबत अवगत करवले.प्रदेश सचिव नागसेन माला, इंजि.दादाराव उईके यावेळी उपस्थित होते.

धारावीतून लोकांना जबरदस्तीने हटवून देवनार डम्पिंग ग्राऊंडजवळ पुनर्वसित करण्याचा घाट घातला जातोय.केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण मंडळाच्या नियमानुसार, डम्पिंग ग्राऊंडच्या जवळपास ५०० मीटर परिसरात कुठलेही बांधकाम कायदेशीरदृष्ट्याही चुकीचे आहे. अशा विषारी परिसरात घरे बांधून लोकांना स्थलांतरित करणे म्हणजे थेट त्यांच्या जिवाशी खेळ करण्यासारखे आहे, असे मत व्यक्त करीत ऍड.डोंगरे यांनी सरकारच्या हेतूंवर गंभीर प्रश्न उपस्थित केले.धारावीच्या आर्थिक, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक जैवविविधतेचा विनाश करून या भागाचे ‘बीकेसी २’ करण्याचा व्यापारी हेतू आहे, असा आरोप त्यांनी केला.

अदानी समूह समाजसेवा नाही, तर व्यावसायिक उद्देशाने काम करतोय. धारावीतील लोकांनी वर्षानुवर्षे मुंबईच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेला पाठबळ दिले आहे. त्यांना घरे देणे सरकारचे उपकार नाही, तर सामाजिक व कायदेशीर जबाबदारी आहे,अशी स्पष्ट भूमिका बसपा ची असल्याचे ऍड.डोंगरे म्हणाले.

लघुउद्योगांचे काय?

प्रकल्पाच्या आराखड्यात फक्त घरांचे पुनर्वसन आहे, लघुउद्योगांचे नाही.धारावीतील हजारो लघुउद्योग, विशेषतः चामडा, वस्त्रनिर्मिती, अन्नप्रक्रिया, मातीशिल्प हे रोजगाराचे स्रोत आहेत.जर या उद्योगांचे पुनर्वसन नसेल, तर लोकांना नोकरीविना घरे देऊन आणखी गंभीर समस्या निर्माण होतील.प्रकल्पात पारदर्शकतेचा अभाव आहे.नागरिकांसह स्थानिक प्रतिनिधी, सामाजिक संस्थांना या प्रकल्पाची सविस्तर माहिती देण्यात आलेली नाही.अपात्रतेची कारणे, आर्थिक व्यवहार, पुनर्वसन निकष सर्व काही गोंधळात आहे. हा ‘टॉप-डाऊन’ दृष्टिकोन लोकशाही विरोधात आहे,असा आरोप बसपाचा आहे.

सरकारी जमिनींच्या खासगीकरणाचा डाव

धारावीतील ६०% हून अधिक जमीन सार्वजनिक मालकीची असून, ती खासगी कंपन्यांना विकणे म्हणजे जनतेच्या मालकीच्या संपत्तीचे खासगीकरण होय.धारावीतील सर्व रहिवाशांना पात्र ठरवून त्यांना त्यांच्या मूळ जागीच घरे देण्यात यावीत.सरकारने कुठल्याही सवलतीच्या नावाखाली वंचितांची थट्टा करू नये.बसपा ही नेहमीच शोषित, वंचित, कष्टकरी वर्गाच्या बाजूने उभी राहिल आणि त्यांच्या हक्कांसाठी झगडत राहील, असे प्रतिपादन प्रदेश महासचिव डॉ.हुलगेश चलवादी यांनी केले.

Contestants showcased their creativity in the National Costume round, followed by a stunning display of elegance in the Evening Wear walk. सोशल मीडिया और ऑनलाइन डेटिंग ऐप्स के इस युग मे धोखे भी बहुत लोग खा रहे हैं. बिना मिले ही लोग एक दूसरे पर विश्वास कर के दोस्ती और रिश्ते बना लेते हैं और इसी विश्वास का धोखेबाज गलत फायदा उठा लेते हैं। हाल ही में समाजसेवी और व्यवसायी रमेश गौर को फिल्म इंडस्ट्री की एक निर्माता ने एक हाई प्रोफाइल वकील के साथ मिलकर फंसाने की नाकाम कोशिश की, जिससे यह मुद्दा चर्चा में आ गया है। सबूत और गवाहों के आधार पर पुलिस ने जाँच को जारी रखा। इतने हार्डकोर फुलप्रूफ प्लान की असफलता के बाद रमेश गौर के दुश्मन बिफर उठे। और क्रॉस एफ़आईआर के न्यायोचित होने के बाद शासन-प्रशासन रमेश गौर के साथ खड़ा हो गया। इसी बीच उस महिला निर्माता के बैक-टू-बैक दो ऑडियो लीक हो गए जिनमें वह रमेश गौर से 20 लाख रुपये की मांग करते हुए सुनी जा सकती है।

हनी ट्रैप दरअसल एक ऐसी चाल है, जिसमें किसी को फंसाने के लिए खूबसूरत महिला का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। किसी व्यक्ति के बारे में अंदर की जानकारी निकाल कर उसे किसी खास काम के लिए मजबूर किया जाता है या ब्लैकमेल करके पैसे मांगे जाते हैं. अक्सर लोग मीठी बातों और आकर्षण के जाल में फंस जाते हैं। सामने वाले का विश्वास जीतकर उससे प्राइवेट तस्वीरें, वीडियो या जानकारी प्राप्त कर ली जाती है। इसके बाद ब्लैकमेलिंग करके पैसों की मांग करते है।

सपनों के शहर माया नगरी में हनीट्रैप के द्वारा लोगों की दुखती रग पकड़कर उनसे ब्लैकमेलिंग की जाती है. रमेश गौर का ऐसा ही एक मामला है जो अंत तक इस मामले में पुलिस का सहयोग करते रहे। इसी बीच पुलिस ने एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के हस्तक्षेप के बाद फिर एक एफ़आईआर दर्ज की। वहीं दूसरी ओर फिल्म इंडस्ट्री का एक कैंप इस मामले को इंडस्ट्री के पिछले कई हनीट्रैप के मामलों से जोड़कर देख रहा है। खैर फ़िलहाल मामला पुलिस जाँच में है। हमारे सूत्र व्यवसायी रमेश गौर से संपर्क करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं ताकि इस मामले की बाकी सभी कड़ियों को उजागर किया जा सके।

આજના રોજ, 29 જૂન 2025, ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા મહારાષ્ટ્રના વસઈ (જિલ્લો ઠાણે) ખાતે આવેલી આશ્રમ શાળા માં વિશેષ વિતરણ કાર્યક્રમ યોજવામાં આવ્યો. શાળાના 520 વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શૈક્ષણિક કિટ, ટી-શર્ટ અને કેપ આપવામાં આવ્યા. બાળકોના ચહેરા પર દેખાતી ખુશી અને ઉમંગ એ દિવસને યાદગાર બનાવી દીધો.

ચોટિલા ગૌશાળામાં ગૌસેવાની લાગણી

ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા ગુજરાતના ચોટિલા ખાતે એક ગૌશાળાનું સંચાલન પણ કરવામાં આવે છે. અહીં અનેક ગાયોની સંભાળ લેવામાં આવે છે. આ ગૌશાળા માત્ર આધ્યાત્મિક સ્થળ જ નહીં પણ જીવદયાના ભાવ અને સંસ્કૃતિને જાળવતી પવિત્ર જગ્યા છે.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has disbursed over Rs. 900 crore as loans against traditional policies to its customers in FY2025. The loan against policy feature is very useful as it provides customers with liquidity without disturbing their long-term savings plan. In FY2025, the Company disbursed loans to over 42,700 customers.

Mr. Amish Banker, Chief Operations Officer, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, said, “Life insurance is a long-term product, and customers may face liquidity challenges during the tenure of the policy. The loan against policy feature can ensure the financial savings plan remains on track. Notably, customers can avail of a loan up to 80% of the policy’s surrender value.

The process for availing loan against policy is paperless and quick. In FY2025, more than 98% loans were disbursed within 24 hours. Customers can use the Company website or our mobile app to lodge their applications.

We have witnessed an increasing adoption of the loan against policy feature among our customers with a 60% year-on-year increase in loan disbursals in FY2025. This reflects the commitment of our customers to remain invested in the product for the long-term and achieve the financial goals for which the product was purchased.

Notably, the funds can also be utilised for premium payments, ensuring continuity of the policy and its benefits.”

भोजपुरी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में एक के बाद एक हिट से लेकर सुपरहिट तक फिल्म देने वाले निर्माता रत्नाकर कुमार एक बार फिर से अपनी एक अलग कहानी लेकर आ रहे हैं. रत्नाकर कुमार ने अपनी आगामी फिल्म ‘काली मेहंदी’ का ट्रेलर रिलीज कर दिया है. जिस देखकर ऐसा लग रहा है कि भोजपुरी में ही नहीं बल्कि बॉलीवुड में भी ऐसी कहानी के ऊपर फिल्म नहीं बनी है. काली मेहंदी के ट्रेलर को वर्ल्डवाइड रिकार्ड्स भोजपुरी के ऑफिसियल यूट्यूब चैनल से जारी किया है. जिसे दर्शकों का भरपूर प्यार और आशीर्वाद मिल रहा है. फिल्म के ट्रेलर में माही श्रीवास्तव एक गरीब घर की लड़की दिखाई गई है लेकिन अचानक से ही उन्हें कभी आयकर विभाग अफसर के रूप में तो कभी डांसर के रूप में दिखाया गया है. जिसे देखकर ऐसा लगता है कि फिल्म की कहानी काफी ट्विस्ट से भारी हुई है. एक तरफ माही श्रीवास्तव के अलग-अलग रूप तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ उनके गरीब पिता का पुलिस स्टेशन में अपनी बेटी की खोज के लिए पुलिसकर्मियों से विनती करना.  दोनों ही सुरतों में फिल्म का ट्रेलर एकदम जबरदस्त नजर आ रहा है क्योंकि कहानी वाकई में काफी अलग है. तीन मिनिट एक सेकेंड के इस ट्रेलर में माही श्रीवास्तव ने अपनी परफॉर्म से उनके किरदार में जान डाल दी है. इसके साथ ही संजय पांडे और मनोज टाइगर का कैरेक्टर भी ट्रेलर में बहुत ही सशक्त नजर आ रहा है. कुछ भी कहो काली मेहंदी का ट्रेलर देखकर इस फिल्म को जल्द से जल्द सिनेमाघर में देखनी की तीव्र भावना जाग्रत हो उठी है. इस फिल्म की अधिकतर शूटिंग उत्तर प्रदेश में की गई है. फिल्म का निर्देशन इंडस्ट्री के मंजे हुए दिग्गज निर्देशक धीरू यादव करने जा रहे हैं.
