Fairmont Infrastructure LLP’s public meeting was held at Mata Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar Society. During this meeting Arif Chunawala of Fairmont said that if he gets people’s support then no one can stop the development of SRA and this project is ultimately for people, that is why their participation in this is necessary .
Fairmont Infrastructure LLP has undertaken the task of redevelopment of Mata Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar and its surrounding spread over 17.25 acres in Worli under the SRA Development Scheme.
Abdul Razzak Chunawala, Sameer Chunawala, Farook Chunawala, Aarif Chunawala and Shubhdeep Kar are promoters of Fairmont.

Earlier, Mata Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar residents were promised new houses after witnessing no progress since over a decade.
Shubhdeep Kar announced, “We are adopting ACP Technology in construction of Rehab tower maintaining sheen and stability for atleast 25 years, as compared to other rehab structures being built elsewhere in the city those very soon appear old and weak.”
Aarif Chunawala stated about implementation, “After obtaining all necessary approvals, the new Rehab towers will be ready within 4 years along with retaining the existing Hanuman Temple and the Masjid.”

Gurujee Kumaran Swami’s 5th Sanatan Dham Bhoomi Pujan Celebration In Cambodia...

A history is created on 30th May 2018 with the foundation of “5th Sanatan Dham” on the land outside India for the first time in Siem Reap, Cambodia by the founder of “1008 Name of Shiva Association” Shri Gurujee Kumaran Swami (Jeevanacharya).

The foundation was marked with auspicious Bhoomi Pujan and three days celebrations of the  “5th Sanatan Dham” establishment allowed by food distribution to monks and other religious  and cultural programme in the presence of the Honourable Chief Guest Shri Indresh Kuma Ji (RSS).

The event was successfully held in the presence of Dr. Hiranandani and the other prestigious  dignitaries like  Ghana Queen Mother Western Region – H.H. Nana Efua Sasa II Ghana King-Chief Western Region – H.H. Nana William Nyamekye

The auspicious Bhoomi Pujan Samaroha of the 5th Sanatan Dham of Sanatanis was  conducted at Siem Reap, Cambodia on the Bramho muhurat of 30th May, 2018 started by  Gurujee Kumaran Swamijee (Jeevanacharya ) on the aegis of 1008 Names of Shiva Association  with Sj. Indresh Kumar ji and Dr.Hiranandani. The Bhoomi pujan was conducted by chanting Vedic  mantras by priests specially brought from Jagannath Dham, Puri in the presence of hundreds of  devotees came from various countries including the King, Queen and King mother of Ghana and The evening 5th Sanatan Dham Bhoomi Pujan Ceremony was conducted at prestigious 5 star  Hotel Angkor Era. The Champion of the cause, Gurujee Kumaran Swami was the Master of the  ceremony. He distributed the Bharat Gaurav International Peace and Tranquility Award to  various dignitaries from all over the globe in the presence of the galaxy of international  personalities. The delegates felt the result of the  Rudravishek when Indradeva was kind enough to shower rain waters on the Shiva lingas.

The evening was colourful with the spellbound speech by both Gurujee and Sh. Indresh Kamarji  followed by the Business Proposals and launching of the Film Production Unit. The cultural  programmes was performed by Indian and other artists. It was unforgettable to enjoy the ethnic  Royal dance by the King of Ghana & family.

The whole programmes were concluded with a vote of thanks to all the participants and Special  Gratitude to Our Gurujee Kumaran Swamiji for his all-out effort. MUMBAI:Film industry’s renowned association, Federation of  Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), helmed by its President B.N. Tiwari and General Secretary Ashok Dubey with their respective office bearers hosted a grand press-meet on Monday, 14^th May 2018 in their office situated at Kartik Complex, Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400 053.On this occasion veteran and renowned music director  & The Padma Bhushan Award winner Khayyam Saheb who gave memorable music in the songs like “Tere chehre se nazar nahi hatati (from Kabhi Kabhi)”Mohabbat bade kaam ki cheez hai” and “Janeman tum kamal karti ho” and the light “Gapuchi Gapuchi gam gam”. “Hazarrahen” from Thodisi Bewafai and “Aaja re o mere dilbarAaja” from Noorie amongst others and his wife Jagjeet Kaur visited the association’s office to donate a cheque of Rs.1,50,000 to FWICE for the welfare of cine workers. This is third time in a row that they have been donating to the association through their KPJ Charitable Trust.

The event was attended Bhajan Samrat Anup Jalota, Film Studios Setting & Allied Mazdoor Union’s (FSSAMU) General Secretary Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav a.k.aSanju, Cine & TV Artistes Association’s (CINTAA) General Secretary Sushant Singh and all the other important office bearers of the 22-allied unions attended and making the evening a grand affair.

Speaking on the occasion, B.N. Tiwari, President of FWICE said, “We are thankful to Khayyam Saheb who is thinking about the workers’ welfare associated with our film industry. Many more should come forward and donate for such issues. I am overwhelmed and pray to Almighty God Almighty that let us avail his blessings all the time. Even though he does not donate, his presence will encourage us in our initiatives.”

The 92-year-old Khayyam Sahab enunciates, “Film Industry has given me so much in wealth and fame. So in turn we thought of giving it back and that is why we have started donating Rs. 1.5 lakh rupees every year to FWICE to take care of the needy workers. I appeal that more people from our industry come forward and generously support our workers and technicians. If we are not around; our trust will be donating this amount every year. Our property and jewellery will be liquefied (converted into cash) and put in fixed deposit accounts. The interest accrued thereon will be made provisions for various donations. Every year Rs. 5 lakh will be donated to Prime Ministers’ fund. Some amount too will also be earmarked for Maharashtra Chief Ministers’ welfare fund. The trust will also help individual cine workers to the tune of Rs. 10,000 to 20,000 also.”

Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav a.k.a Sanju, General Secretary of FSSAMU and Ashok Dubey, General Secretary of FWICE added that we are trying to reinforce our federation and make it stronger and committed. “We have assured film and television producers that the workers and technicians are team members who cannot do without each other. We have to walk together and think from both the ends too.”
