MR. DUBAI 2016 Kicked off with a Bang!

Glitz and glamour abound when the MR. DUBAI 2016 event kicked off with a dazzling fashion show, the first of the 3-series of shows planned for the event this January 2017. 18 handsome young men representing 8 different nationalities participated in this yearly competition. The show saw the contestants do a ramp walk in 3 categories – Street Wear, Beach Wear, and Party Wear.

The very stylish panel of judges were headed by Ms. Eve Jaso, Breakfast radio presenter on 104.8 Channel 4 FM, Ms. Lara Tabet, a well-known TV presenter and producer and host of her own show “Societe”, Ms. Jessica Glunz, founder and managing director of Mostwntd, an events management company, Ms. Ryana Yusoff, a vintage fashion guru, founder and owner of vintage urban wear label Eclectic Room, Mr. Kevin Oliver, a fashion director for the UAE’s top fashion events and Mr. Octavian Bulmaga, Signature event planner and Nightlife and public relations expert.

Ms. Nina Khan said, “The nail-biting grand finale on 27th January will see the contestants in their finest formal wear for the last catwalk before they answer questions with the judges in the dreaded Q&A portion of the show.”

The Mr. Dubai event was founded by Mr. Joe Mari Hernandez in 2011 as a platform to foster understanding and brotherhood among men coming from different backgrounds and to pay homage to the many yet undiscovered talents in our midst. This year, together with his other partners, Ms. Nina Khan and Mr. Avi Muller, they hope that the 2016 batch of contestants will have the same great experience, if not better with the past participants of the event and will help in transforming them to become better persons and open new doors of opportunities for them as well in the future.

शुरू हुई प्रियंका चोपड़ा की भोजपुरी फिल्म काशी अमरनाथ ...

पिछले साल बम बम बोल रहा है काशी से भोजपुरी फिल्म जगत में बतौर निर्मात्री कदम रखने वाली देसी गर्ल प्रियंका चोपड़ा की दूसरी भोजपुरी फिल्म काशी अमरनाथ की शूटिंग मकर संक्रांति के अवसर पर शुरू हो गई है । पर्पल पेबल पिक्चर्स और  रोज क्वार्ट्ज़ एंटरटेनमेंट के बैनर तले बन रही इस फिल्म की निर्मात्री हैं प्रियंका चोपड़ा, डॉ मधु चोपड़ा और नेहा शांडिल्य । फिल्म में रवि  किशन , निरहुआ मुख्य भूमिका में हैं जबकि उनका साथ दे रही हैं आम्रपाली दुबे और सपना गिल । सपना गिल की इस फिल्म से भोजपुरी फिल्म जगत में एंट्री हो रही है । लेखक निर्देशक संतोष मिश्रा की इस फिल्म के अन्य प्रमुख कलाकारों में सुशील सिंह, मनोज टाईगर , ब्रिजेश त्रिपाठी, अनूप अरोड़ा, सोनिया मिश्रा , अयाज़ खान, आदि मुख्य भूमिका में हैं । फिल्म के एसोसिएट प्रोड्यूसर है रवि शंकर जायसवाल, प्रोडक्शन हेड हैं मनोहर रवीन्द्रन, कार्यकारी निर्माता है महेश उपाध्याय जबकि प्रचारक हैं उदय भगत । मकरसंक्रांति के अवसर पर फिल्म की शूटिंग की शुरुआत मुम्बई के फ्यूचर स्टूडियो में हुई ।

चर्चित लेखक व निर्देशक महेश पांडे ने मुहूर्त शॉट और पहले दिन के एक महत्वपूर्ण दृश्य को निर्देशित किया । इस सीन में अयाज़ खान स्वीमिंग पूल में जबकि सुशील सिंह, मनोज टाईगर और सोनिया मिश्रा स्वीमिंग पूल के पास किसी गहन मुद्दे पर विचार विमर्श करते नज़र आये । निर्मात्री डॉ मधु चोपड़ा ने बताया कि पर्पल पेबल पिक्चर्स की पहली फिल्म बम बम बोल रहा है काशी की तुलना में काशी अमरनाथ अलग फ्लेवर की फिल्म होगी । उन्होंने बताया कि फिल्म की शूटिंग मुम्बई के अलावा बिहार और झारखंड में भी होगी ।

“Ashley” A Romantic Thriller Film – Review...

Film grips you right from beginning, it is a story of a singer Ronit who falls in love with Ashley, but after realizing that she is a criminal, leaves her, but after three years when he has become a star singer and is already married, Ashley returns in her life like an haunted angel, entire story revolves around these three characters and a police officer played by Shakti Kapoor. Acting wise all Rishi, Gurleen, Dolly has lived their character with adequate support of Shakti Kapoor. As producer and creative director Swatantra Goyel has made a good entertainer, Keval Singh’s direction is Ok, screenplay & dialogues by Goyel and Mir Muneer is catchy, music by Dushyant Dubey is up to mark, camera by Kapil Gautam is excellent, Mohan Baggad’s action is thrilling.
