Rishikesh Pandey to release a song featuring India’s best singers as a tribute to the Swachch Bharat campaign...

Music director Rishikesh Pandey who turned rapper for the ‘Swatch Bharat campaign’ with success of ‘Swachch Indore’ will now create a song for as a tribute to the Swachch Bharat campaign with India’s 10 best singers.

Rishikesh has created, songs for states like Agra, Jaipur, Raipur, and Jabalpur, apart from Indore. When asked if he has a plan to go national wide he said, “After the love received from the first song received, I got the confidence and felt, this is something I should keep doing. Then I made songs for 5 cites that approached me after Indore’s success. Currently, I am working on songs for 25 different states. All these songs are for individual states, so I am also working on one song that will be on the national level. It will feature 10 best singers from India. That song is my tribute to the Swatch Bharat campaign for Modi-Ji.”

Pandey who is also a Filmmaker has written the lyrics and composed the music of the ‘Swachch Indore’ song.

When asked what drives him to make such socially relevant songs and target the ‘Swatch Bharat campaign’, he said, “As a director, I keep making videos to spread social awareness among people. When Modi-Ji brought forward the campaign of Swatch Bharat. It was a very big issue. And because of the campaign things were changing also, people were paying to attend to it. I thought it was high time, I became a proactive member of the campaign. If we take part, more like us will join in.”

Pandey so far has targeted many issues like girl child education, women empowerment through the song ‘School Chale Hum’ and ‘Vanar Sena’ based on the major social issue of Open Defecation.

When asked to elaborate on the 10 singers who will be part of the big project he said, “Shaan will be part of the project and we are approaching other singers like Shreya Ghoshal, Neeti Mohan, Javed Ali, Dev Negi, Nakash Aziz, and many more. We will come to the final names as and when more lyrics are added and the music is constructed. We are still working on it.”

Rishikesh’s production house ‘Hribom’ is also venturing into NGO activities to support and help grow the Swach Bharat campaign. ‘Hribom’ aims to reach remotes villages and help free them from social issues including spreading the message of Swatch Bharat campaign.  —-Akhlesh Singh (PRO)

भोजपुरी फिल्मो के रियल एक्शन स्टार विराज भट्ट की हिटलर मुम्बई और गुजरात मे अच्छा व्यवसाय करने के बाद अब 16 मार्च को बिहार में रिलीज होगी ।   हिटलर पिछले महीने मुम्बई और गुजरात के लगभग 60 सिनेमा घरों में रिलीज हुई और दर्शको ने फ़िल्म को हाथों हाथ उठा लिया । फ़िल्म के वितरक शौकत गोला के अनुसार दर्शको ने हिटलर को अच्छा प्रतिसाद दिया था । विराज भट्ट के एक्शन पर तालियों से हॉल गूंजता रहा था यानी हिटलर दर्शको की पसंद की कसौटी पर खरी उतरी थी ।

Federation of Western India Cine Employees Conducts a Successful Conclave with 22 Crafts Union’s Association...

Mumbai: The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), the nodal body for all cine employees hosted a formal get-together and benevolence meeting with the leaders of the 22 crafts union’s associations affiliated to it on 7^th March 2018 at Pathare Prabhu Hall, Andheri (West), Mumbai.FWICE President B.N. Tiwari and General Secretary Ashok Dubey with their office bearers representing the rights and privileges of cine workers had initiated this meeting over sumptuous food to discuss to the key policies pertaining to the welfare of the cine artistes, technicians and workers with film and television producers’ union leaders too.

The gathering even witnessed union that had separated from the federation earlier like Asia’s largest film labour union, ‘Film Studios Setting & Allied Mazdoor Union’ (FSSAMU) whose ex-chairman was veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty and now is chaired by the dynamic and dashing MLA Ram Kadam. Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav a.k.a. Sanju, the brave and undaunted General Secretary of FSSAMU attended this meeting which was well received.

T.P. Aggarwal – filmmaker and President of Indian Motion Pictures Producers’ Association (IMPPA), Ashoke Pandit – a filmmaker and social activist and the Vice President of (IMPPA) and ex-president of Indian Films & Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA), Sushant Singh – actor and General Secretary of Cine & TV Artistes Association (CINTAA), Gajendra Chauhan – actor and ex-chairman of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Prabhat Pandey – secretary of Western India Film Producers’ Association (WIFPA), actor Abhimanyu Singh, Mahamandelshwar Sanjay Giri Maharaj, Ashfaque Khopekar – President of Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Awards,  Sharad Devram Shelar – filmmaker and hotelier and many other prominent office bearers of the association were also present on the occasion.

The threesome viz B.N. Tiwari, Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav and Ashok Dubey took turns in felicitating and honoring all the union leaders and guest with bouquets and glory. The combination of these three men looked like a power of strength who together will successfully maneuver the herculean task of providing the rights and welfare of cine employees of FWICE and taking it to greater heights by leaving no stone unturned.

Speaking on the occasion, B.N. Tiwari, the President of FWICE said, “We all are like a family and stay bonded. Together we have organized this mammoth gathering for harboring proper and effective communications like a joint family and help each other in their needs.”  He further added, “We do not intend to harass any film or television producers. We would like to co-operate and work in hands like a team. We would not stop the shooting, but will negotiate our cine workers genuine demand and work conditions. Thus we should think of each other and come to terms.”

Apart from the President and General Secretary of FWICE, their Senior Vice President – Raja Khan, Vice President Sangam Upadhyay, Joint Secretaries – Stalin D’souza and Rajan Singh, Treasurer – Wasim Quresh and all the respective heads of all the affiliated 22 unions came together under one roof to make the event a grand and memorable one.
