Comments Off on Aushim Khetarpal’s Daughter Aarti Khetarpal Makes Her Foray into FilmsMumbai: These days we see a number of young and talented women who are giving the veteran actresses a run for their money. These actresses, most of whom are bold apart from being gorgeous and beautiful, have a certain charisma about them. From star children like Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan to television divas such as Ankita Lokhande and Mouni Roy, there are many fresh faces that are going to begin their Bollywood innings this year. Joining the list who are all set to make their Bollywood foray is Aarti Khetarpal, daughter of well-known film maker-actor Aushim Khetarpal and Hindi religious film’Shirdi Saibaba’ fame.
In fact, since last three years, Aarti Khetarpal is very much in this celluloid world; especially on television. Aarti featured as an actress in television serials like “Shirdi Saibaba” and “Air Lines”. She anchored shows like “Go Digital” on NDTV. Apart from anchoring many other shows and acting in music videos, she has hosted live musical shows of great singers like Mika Singh, RahatFateh Ali Khan amongst others. Adding to her kitty, she has modelled in more than 35 ad commercials along with renowned actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan and other famous personalities.
A resident of New Delhi, Aarti has completed her primary schooling from ‘The Indian School’ and further at ‘AmarnathVidhya Aashram’ in Mathura, she finished her higher schooling (XII std.).She attained her B. Com degree from Delhi’s ‘Shaheed Bhagat Singh College’.
Aarti Khetarpal is proud about her achievements including her profession in acting. Looking eagerly forward for her big screen debut, she states, “I am into modeling and acting since the last three years. It has been a wonderful journey. My dad has given me this chance to act in his film, which is untitled at the moment. It is a wonderful role in this debut film produced under our home production. I play the character of a girl next door who is vivacious and the same time sensible too. She is out to make her name and presence felt in the corporate world.”
Aarti further informs, “I have a dual role in this film. Apart from being an actress, I have also rendered a song for it. During my schooling in Mathura at ‘AmarnathVidhya Ashram’, I used to participate in singing lot of devotional songs and hymns and thus by God’s grace, this has helped me to love singing too. I am happy about it and looking forward that all my audiences will like my dual roles – as an actor and singer too.”
On quizzing about playing the glam-damn role, Aarti Khetarpal says, “I am confident in glamorous and skin show too. I have played such type in many of my music videos. But there is always a limit about the skin show. One should find comfortable watching a film with the whole family. It is not that glamorous and steamy sexy scenes help in the box-office success of a film. Films should be content-driven, well picturised with good screenplay, dialogue, performances, music – a complete clean entertainer which rings in at the ticket windows.”
After regaling telly lovers, Aarti Khetarpal, daughter of Aushim Khetarpal is ready to face challenges and willing to stay in the long run as an actress in this healthy competition with her counterparts.
