Q: – Tell us about your journey so far/How have your professional and personal journeys been so far?
A:- Shivangi Lal has over 7 years of tremendous teaching and learning experience in languages, she has personally instructed over a 1000 students all over the globe. She is a polyglot and has a strong grasp of French, English, Hindi and Spanish. She has been consistent and multitasking in her studies as well as profession, Apart from being a language instructor, She is an advocate and is completing her masters in Law. After years of experience being both a teacher and a student she has now created a unique step by step method, which will take you through grammar, vocabulary and cultural lessons, via online French learning Module videos.
She has professionally taught as a French instructor at various institutions like Maxfort, ITL, Corporate training at Lify Box and has been an Instructor for Government French integration Programmes in Schools and Colleges.

Q:- What inspired you to do what you are doing right now?
A:- Languages have always been my strong pursuit, I personally developed a flare for them in class 5th at school, and then it was never looking back, i continued to study them along side my professional courses and understood the demand for quality education in this sector, being a student myself it was always easy to grasp the pain points and difficult situations one faces while learning. I also made a point to keep upskilling myself, completing various courses in fields such as child and adult psychology, Adult learning patterns, and brain learning pedagogy. This helped me to understand the thought process and functioning of an individual even better, in turn gave me a smoother teaching pattern and best results. So, I can safely say it was my passion to understand different cultures and languages that made me do what I am doing!
Q:- What is your current perception about the market situation?
A:- The current market situation is at its peak. With various imigration programmes being opened to the Indian population and the outstanding demand of working professionals throughout the work keeps steadily rising. Our professionals are celebrated worldwide for their hard work and skillset, It’s just the language which stands as a barrier for most people to realise their dreams and grab better opportunities abroad or even staying in India and working remotely or as a freelancer for this wide market of 27 countries abroad in which French is spoken. Most European openings demand French as a plus point apart from English, if ofcourse we ignore Canada and its everlasting skilled labour shortage. This doesn’t only open doors to massive opportunities but can change one’s entire life.
Q:- Why is your product/service unique/What is your USP?
1) Our service as a brand comes not from just a business plan but pure research and development, It’s like after working with so many individuals, all revolving around language and its 4 pillars, I came to a point where I could understand their doubts and apprehensions even before they would put them up. It was at that moment I realised that we must have a holistic mechanism which covers French not only as a language to migrate but to live it and through it wherever my students go.
2) I do focus on the traditionals aspects of language concerning correct grammar and vocabulary but with changing times, internet, slang and instant messaging just old text book French was not going to be enough. I had to start with modern day French which is dynamic and very challenging. I cover the day to day authentic French which is still new but definitely needed in the Market.
3) I can instruct and hold classes in 3 different languages and 2 dialects which help my consumer base feel more included and understood.
4) We take the French language as a medium to channel their energy into a productive learning and healing experience, Taking up a new language has always scientifically shown beautiful results in decreasing neuropsychological and mental issues. It strengthens my students memory, their confidence, gives them a new purpose and a chance to change their lives.
Our classes involve special healing sessions as I do have certifications in NLP and Access healing, which is included for all my batches to learn and heal at the same time.
Q:- What is your Vision/Mission/Objective?
A:- vision – To uplift the working professionals and young students in the industry with better opportunities in the international market with giving them an edge over others through French.
Mission- To cross 2000 plus students with success stories moving abroad or getting their desired jobs anywhere in the world, while using French as a language to not only work but communicate and look at the world from a different perspective.

Q:- What are your future plans for the company?
A:- To grow my community base into fluent French Speaking individuals, nurture them through providing various opportunities in the market such as freelancing, MNC language recruitments,Immigration and crossborder work. Help them heal their traumas and reach out to their higher potential.
Q:- What is your current target audience? Where are you located?
A:- My target audience is divided into 2 segments: school children in the age group of 12-18 and Individuals planning to work, migrate to various French speaking countries, freelance with the language and skill exchange.
Q:- What would be your advice for young entrepreneurs/new start-ups in this field?
A:- I believe the market is very vast and anyone planning to start in the same field would have amazing prospects in the future and I would be very happy to help and connect with people trying to grow along the same lines.
Q:- Have you raised any funding yet? If not then are you looking for funding in the near future?
A:- The whole venture has been bootstrapped, I have used my personal resources for everything and do not see getting funds in the near future.
Q:- What was your moment of epiphany?
A:- I think when my Students like Neha, Ayushi were able to clear high level exams without even attempting the beginner or intermediate levels. I knew then, that we are set for a great start.
Q:- How are you transforming peoples life as a Transformational life coach.
A:- That’s a very intresting question and mentoring is something I aspire to while holding my lectures. We simply do not learn to speak and write French here, but I aim to help my students get a complete personality transformation, I understand that learning a new skill can be very cumbersome and difficult, However most people are going through many issues like depression, anxieties and other physical,emotional trauma. I use Energy healing as one of the mediums for my students to connect with their inner self, learn more about their own patterns and find how to break free of them.
We take the French language as a medium to channel their energy into a productive learning and healing experience, Taking up a new language has always scientifically shown beautiful results in decreasing neuropsychological and mental issues. It strengthens my students memory, their confidence, gives them a new purpose and a chance to change their lives.
I myself have practised Access Consciousness and Rekik healing to grow in various fields, I now combine my skills of Language and Life coaching to give back to the society!

A:- 1000 plus students from all around the globe, Most students are either studying in various international universities, or they are working and Freelancing! Their success is my true success.
