“यह भारत में सबसे कम उम्र के वर्दीधारी निकाय- स्काउट्स एंड गाइड्स ऑर्गनाइजेशन का रिवाइवल होने जा रहा है। कुल मिलाकर हम स्काउट और गाइड में ५० लाख से अधिक नामांकन कर रहे हैं। हम इसे कुछ वर्षों में ताकत को दोगुना करने के लिए और ५० लाख तक ले जाएंगे।” भारत के मुख्य स्काउट के रूप में मारवाह ने अपनी राय व्यक्त की।
