SBI Flags Off Pune’s Biggest Property Expo!

The impact of Coronavirus on the Indian real estate sector was stifling to the point that it brought property transactions to a near-halt last year when the nation went into a complete lockdown between March and June 2020. Since then, the market has taken several strides towards recovery, and just when it seemed the revival was not far, the country was struck by another wave of the virus, this time, far more fatal. However, with an aggressive vaccination drive across India, the real estate sector has now started showing signs of sustainable recovery. To cash on this revival of the real estate market, SBI, India’s largest bank is back with the SBI Property Expo 2021 at Mahalaxmi Lawn in Karve Nagar, Pune.

Touted to be the best time to invest in a house in Pune, a property expo of this size is believed to make an impact on the Real Estate as well as the home loan market as major builders and developers from across Pune are under one roof to facilitate the market.

“We believe this is the perfect time to take an initiative and host an expo which will create the much-needed boost to the home loan market,” says Ajay Kumar Singh, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Maharashtra Circle. After a slump in the property market due to COVID-19 and its repercussions, the organizers believes it is the right time to invest in a house in Pune. He adds, “We have many enablers to offer to our customers this festive season including a hefty reduction in the rate of interest to 6.70% depending on eligibility. SBI has also waived off the processing fee!”Apart from the mentioned offers, the bank also provides the longest tenure (i.e. 30 years). “We are also the nodal bank for the PMAY scheme.” The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is Indian government’s flagship initiative for affordable housing.

Also, a recent survey published on the Economic Times revealed that over 80% of over 2,500 surveyed prospective homebuyers across cities including Pune have expressed their interest in buying property in the next one quarter.

After grand success of “Miss and Mrs India Global Queen” in February 2021, this duo has added another feather in their journey by successfully conducting the “Mr Miss Mrs International Glam Icon” on 18 October 2021 at Club Emerald, Chembur, Mumbai with SHRAZZ Events. The pageant had contestants, designers from India, Nepal & Bangladesh spreading the message of neighbour brotherhood and love .

The online grooming started for all the contestants from India & Bangladesh with esteemed mentors 3 months back.

The Day-1 (17^th Oct)  began with a grand welcome to all the contestants in the airport look with goodie bags sponsored by Pan Aroma, Rite bite Max Protein, Alif Bakers and T-shirts by Fresh Bombay Groceries vegetables, fruits & more. It was then followed by styling grooming lectures by Dhwani Paradia & Akshita Vivek, Official Stylist, Da- Da Apparel. The contestants then practiced fashion walk. The evening began with talent round; followed by glamorous DJ party. Dr Neelam Paradia birthday was welcomed with beautifully cake crafted by “The Bake Room”.

The Day-2 (18^th Oct) morning began with Ashwin Singh, Rfit India. He introduced Self Defence & fitness sessions. This was followed by photo shoots in gym look and Pink & Peaches look decided by official stylist. Throughout the pageant photoshoots were done with leather goods props of Bangladesh designer Tania Wahab ,Illusion Aligners trays (Product that corrects smile without braces) and also with products of Dairy Villa.

Grand finale evening began with lamp lightening by all celebrity guests (Raza Murad ji, Aman Verma, Gaurav Deshmukh, Simran Ahuja, Neha Pendse, Mrignayani Gupta) & jury members (Gaurav Deshmukh,  Simran Ahuja, Babita Obhan, Vidya Bhute) .

There were 3 rounds – Cultural fashion walk , introduction round, fashion runway walk with leather goods in most interactive entertaining session with Aman Verma ji as Celebrity Host & Anchor. Show opener Dr Chetna Agrawal and Show Stopper Amita Kumar were also crowned During the event. The audience enjoyed  the dance performance by 8 Counts Dance Studio,  Dr Ruchi Biswas, Mahesh Jaiswal while Sanjana Sharma showcased belly dancing with live percussionis with Jackie Talwar. The event was witnessed by renounced names (Awardees) from all over India who has achieved greatest highest in their respective professional world.

Producer Shivam Singh is on cloud nine for the commendable success of his production company TOBC Entertainment. The production venture has added glory in its feathered cap as it celebrated one year of its success in a glittering ceremony in Mumbai. TOBC Entertainment has consistently produced several music videos which have garnered views in millions. The occasion also celebrated the success of his song ‘Laut Aao Maa’ sung by Arunachal Pradesh’s promising singer Anong Singpho.

The grand celebration of TOBC Entertainment saw the cutting of many delectable cakes at the event. While interacting with the media, producer Shivam Singh said, “After a lot of struggle, I have established TOBC Entertainment. Rashi has extended her support to me throughout the journey. I would even want to thank Pratiksha and Pragya for being there in this fruitful journey.” Shivam had first met musician Sugat Dhanvijay, and after listening to his songs, the duo came up with their first song ‘Tum Mere Paas’ by Mohammad Irfan. The song was released by Zee Music and was a raging hit.

The second song of TOBC Entertainment ‘Laut Aao Maa’ was another huge success under the production venture. The song is beautifully sung by singer Anong Singpho and the video features Vishal Pandey, Manpreet Kaur and Arman Khan. Actress Manpreet Kaur was all praises for this beautiful song, and speaking about the same, she said, “I really enjoyed working with Shivam Singh. The song hits the right chord with emotions flowing in. I was smitten when music composer Sugat Dhanvijay told me that the song is inspired from real life.”

Another hit song produced by Shivam’s TOBC Entertainment was ‘Aadat’ featuring Sunny Sachdeva and Mahi Singh Rajput. Sunny who was present in the one-year celebration of the event congratulated Shivam Singh on achieving a milestone for TOBC Entertainment. “He has done an amazing job and today I feel proud that Shivam has given many musical hits in a year”, Sunny revealed

The latest and recent song by TOBC Entertainment ‘Fark Nahi Padta’ was released on 15th October earlier this year. Garnering appreciation from one and all, the song is presented by Ajay Jain of Elegant Eye Production. Ritvik Arora and Manpreet Kour are seen in this song, and producer Shivam Singh has donned a cinematographer’s hat for this music video. Composed by Sugat Dhanvijay, the emotional song is another successful project of Mr. Singh.

‘Fark Nahi Padta’ has been shot in the exotic locations of Shimla, and after the massive success of back-to-back hits, TOBC Entertainment has got a line-up of projects for the audience.
