एचआईएफएए (हेल्थकेयर आइकॉनिक फैशन एंड अवार्ड्स) नामक ऐतिहासिक और भावनात्मक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन मुंबई के सहारा स्टार होटल में किया गया, जहाँ पहली बार न केवल डॉक्टरों बल्कि नर्सों, वार्ड बॉय, एम्बुलेंस ड्राइवरों और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं को उनकी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए सम्मानित किया गया।

इस अग्रणी पहल के पीछे डॉ. बिस्वजीत मंडल की दूरदर्शी सोच थी, जिन्होंने डॉक्टरों के साथ-साथ स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रणाली में अन्य कर्मचारियों के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। इन अग्रिम पंक्ति के योद्धाओं ने COVID-19 महामारी के दौरान असाधारण साहस और समर्पण दिखाया है, लेकिन उन्हें वह सम्मान नहीं मिला जिसके वे हकदार हैं।
