Bharat Gaurav Iconic Award 2026 Held in Delhi, Eminent Personalities Honoured on a Prestigious Platform
DPIAF Organiser Kalyanji Jana Earns Widespread Appreciation for His Remarkable Initiative DPIAF Bharat Gaurav Iconic Award 2026 — New Delhi.
When dreams are powered by faith, intentions by courage and actions by dedication, history is created. The national capital, Delhi, witnessed one such memorable and historic evening on 28 July, when the DPIAF Lifestyle Iconic Award, Bharat Gaurav Iconic Award and OTT Influencer & YouTuber Iconic Award 2026 were presented with grandeur and distinction.
The prestigious ceremony was organised with the noble objective of recognising and honouring outstanding personalities who have made remarkable contributions to art, culture, media, tourism and various other fields. It brought together an impressive constellation of achievers, public figures, professionals, artists, journalists, entrepreneurs, social workers and emerging talents.
The distinguished gathering included Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, former Governor of Assam; Shri Ramdas Athawale, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and Union Minister of State, Government of India; Shyam Jaju, senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader, former National Vice-President and National Advisor – DPIAF; and Praveen Jaiswal, Director of TV27 News.
Also present among the distinguished personalities were Dr. Basant Goel; Malook Nagar, former Member of Parliament of the RLD; Tirath Singh Rawat, former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand; and Dr. S. T. Hasan, former Member of Parliament from Moradabad and former Mayor of Moradabad.
The prestigious platform also brought recognition to numerous celebrated personalities from different walks of life, including Dr. Ibad Patel, former MP Shyam Singh Yadav, B. N. Tiwari, Ganpat Kothari, Anil Singh, Gautam Puri, Ashok Bali, Arti Kumar, Mahendra Singh, Mohammed Irfan Ahmed, Shilpa Chauhan, R. K. Garg, Udit Arya, Neha V. Sharma, Priya Bhui, Saba Anjum Ansari, Dr. Ranbir Laishram Singh, Lord Das, N. K. Naresh, Priyanka Chanwaria, Deepak Singh, Arun Chhabra, Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Inderjeet Singh Gautam, Zamir Ahmed Ansari, Sujata Singh, Zara Khan, Abhishek Tyagi, Kishore Kumar and Dr. Krishna Srivastava.
The awards also celebrated excellence in entertainment, journalism, fashion, digital media, entrepreneurship and social service.
Aayat Shaikh was honoured as a Celebrity Anchor / Actor, while Piyush Kalita was recognised as Best Upcoming Child Singer, representing Sadilapur, Guwahati, Assam.
Pooja Tomar, District General Secretary, BJYM BJP Delhi and social worker; Aditi Khatri, Founder of Party Connect Application; Panchhi Patel, Actress & Dancer; Deepak Singh, Filmmaker and Politician; Danish Tailors, Celebrity Costume Designer; Kamal Rohida, Businessman and Social Worker; and Anchor Jazz, Iconic Anchor, were among the personalities celebrated for their achievements.
The honour roll further included Vipul Jain, International Awardee and Senior Journalist honoured by the President of India, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh; Vivek Jain, Senior Journalist, Delhi NCR and social worker; Zamir Ahmed Ansari, Channel Head, Zed News 4 You; and Saba Anjum Ansari, Journalist, PBT (Pratyaksh Bharat Times).
Other notable awardees included Mr. Varun Arora, Social Worker and President, Funaba Delhi Association; Dr. Ranbir Laishram Singh, Founder/President, Funaba Martial Arts; Sandeep Dhar Dubey, Com.om Engineering, JD Buildcon; Sujata Singh, Entrepreneur and Founder of NGO Abhigupati Foundation; Zessica Harison, Iconic Actress & Model; Mr. Shaikh Kaleem, Founder of Majan Groups; and Dr. Rajkumar Kishor, Scientist, Entrepreneur and Orchid Breeder.
The ceremony also recognised achievements in regional cinema, hospitality and nightlife. Umar Ali, Actor & Director in the Mewati language and recipient of the Beat Actor Award (Mewat), was honoured for his contribution to regional entertainment.
Rahul Gupta and Ajeet Sharma received the Emerging Restaurateur & Nightlife Entrepreneur Award, while Manoj Pal was recognised as Best Accountant of the Year.
Young and emerging talent also found a special place on the prestigious platform. Saanvi Maji was recognised as an Expression Queen participant, while Rudra Das was honoured in the dance category as “Dance Ke Baap.” Another participant was recognised with the distinction of Dance Queen.
Several other distinguished personalities were also honoured for their exceptional achievements and meaningful contributions to society.
At the heart of this remarkable initiative is Kalyanji Jana, whose sustained efforts in the fields of art, culture and tourism have earned significant appreciation. Under his leadership, DPIAF has continued to create prestigious platforms in India and abroad, bringing together achievers and providing recognition to talent across diverse fields.
The international journey of DPIAF is now entering another exciting chapter. As part of this continuing mission, the Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award and an initiative to encourage and honour social-media influencers are being organised internationally.
A special international award show is scheduled for 24 August 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, promising another grand celebration of talent, achievement and excellence.
